In this book, the assumptions of all physics are laid out.
First, the scientific method, the true watershed in scientific inquiry between mere empiricism and objective, and mathematical, knowledge of phenomena, is presented.
The scientific method is probed in detail, going on to expose the main results of the inductive and deductive methods.
The other cornerstone without which no branch of physics can be understood is the system of
