I dream it, more like vision it.  The things I see and hear when I close my eyes at night.  Are they real, the nightmares and lost dreams I see when I sleep.  The nightmares I dream when I’m awake.  He talks to me, but I try not to listen, he yells at me, but I try not to hear.

His voice burns my ears down to my soul, but I try to ignore him.  I try to tell myself I’m just going crazy, nothing like this would happen to me.  They call me a crazy man sometimes; my doctors call me Bipolar and depressed, but I could be just open minded to evil, I guess.  But who is really evil?  What is the story that I am hearing and trying not to listen to.  I get the glimpse of the picture, the photos in the movie.

I keep fearing I’m maybe schizophrenic, or maybe he is really talking to me so I will right it down like he wants me to and maybe he will leave me alone.  Everyone complains that God has a book, but the Devil never got to tell his side of the story.

Maybe this book is fiction, and maybe it’s not.

The child with the diamond rose

The child was there in the shadows

    Playing with the diamond rose

It sparkled when the sun comes out

Now it’s just pale and lonely

    Like the boy

    But out comes the man

    With fire in is hand

    Making the flower glow red

    Red sparkles everywhere

Come take my hand little child

The magic man told the boy

    There is more shiny things

    Just below the younger

For the devil can spit the fire

And fill the caves of dancing reflection

Just pick your rose and follow me

To below far from the darkness
