We are particularly inspired by those who seem to have overcome great odds or risen from nothing, but the path that connects these two paradigms is just as significant as the underlying elements. Unless the conclusion is reached, the routes are hardly revered otherwise it is simply a road leading nowhere, a lost cause
– Failure. Unless they manage to follow a route with a favorable conclusion, those who have nothing or are underprivileged are rarely praised. These criteria apply to your quest toward health and fitness as well. Most certainly, you've begun a hundred times.
You have probably tried many different routes to reach your destination, only to experience temporary success or failure. The goal of this book is to give you enough hope to start over and guide you toward your ultimate victory. It may also motivate those around you to follow your example and take action.

INTERMITTENT FASTING
WHAT DOES THE WORD intermittent fasting
actually mean? We're all familiar with the concept of fasting. Different groups of individuals fast for different reasons. Some people sacrifice food as part of their religious practices in order to make time for prayer. Others are hungry for no apparent reason. People used to work in the fields and only eat when they were taking a break.
Among the above-mentioned fasting methods, intermittent fasting is not one of them. It is a decision rather than a religious practice or a result of a lack of time or food.
It can best be described as a pattern of eating that alternates between eating and fasting times, with each time lasting a specific amount of time. For instance, the 16:8 technique calls for 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating.
Keep in mind that it is an eating habit rather than a diet. The timing of your meals is more stressed than the types of things you should eat. Does this imply that you can consume anything you want? regrettably, no. You will get out of life what you put into it, just like anything else. One of the three components of the tripod for effective fat loss is clean eating. Does this imply that all you can eat is chicken and broccoli? Obviously not. Since we are all human, I think it is important to enjoy life, but as you are already aware, moderation is the key.
It's crucial to understand that IF isn't some program that suddenly appeared, trended for a period, and then vanished like other diets do. It has been around for a while and is still widely used now (even if you are learning about it just now). It is one of the most popular health and fitness trends in existence right now.
