The car park is dipping into shadow, at dusk, on a cool summer evening, with the lights of a pub casting a dim illumination on the cars, a few empty spaces between them. In one of the cars, a middle-aged man sends a WhatsApp message before stepping out. At almost exactly the same moment, four or five men step out of other cars, scattered around the car park, and walk towards the first man.

Each man nods to the first man as they approach him with various greetings ranging from Good evening, and Hello, to mere grunts.

Good evening, replies the first man. I am Husband101, from the website. The men know what this means and nod. I’ll go in and get a table. Join me as soon as you are ready.

The men, following Husband101, enter the pub. Inside it’s half full, with a few spare tables.

Husband101 goes to the bar, as do the other men, each going to a separate part of the bar and ordering a drink for himself. Husband101 selects a table in the least busy part of the pub and sits down. A few moments later, the others take seats at the table, each with a drink. None of the drinks are pints, some are fruit juice or other soft drinks.

While they wait for the last man to sit, the conversation is stilted, all small talk, with many silences.

Finally, as the last man sits, Husband101 speaks. Okay, I am going to identify myself as Mr Wilkins. Immediately he has their full attention and he continues, lowering his voice and leaning into the table. As I explained to each of you on the website, my wife wants a gang bang.
