Antoinette is an Author, Independent Publisher, and Mindset Coach living in a leafy Melbourne suburb in Victoria, Australia. Antoinette is also a secondary school teacher, working as a teacher for several years before starting a corporate career. She left the corporate world in 2016 to follow her passion for writing and helping others find their voice and achieve their personal goals.She has raised two amazing young men as a single mother and overcame many hardships and challenges. Antoinette has always been interested in the link between mind, body, and spirit and the critical part the mind plays in relation to overall health, well-being, and achievement of goals.
