The Silent Prince: Contemporary Legend
()
About this ebook
“…when all of a sudden he saw a figure approaching the stream. He held his breath and came close, keeping very quiet. It was a boyish figure, covered by a black cloak from top to bottom. The mysterious figure kneeled down to drink from the stream, and suddenly long hair escaped from under the cloak’s top.
William was astonished. Is this a woman dressed as a man? And why is she here in the middle of the forest, all by herself? Whom is she hiding from?”
Two neighboring kingdoms are in a state of constant war. What happens when a gentle prince from one side of the fence, meets a specially brave ginger princess from the other side? What secret do they unveil? And what is the secret of the Silent Prince?
A fascinating, enticing legend, with a message of hope for a better world.

Tomis and Panshal Islands
Once upon a time, there was a little kingdom on a small island in the middle of a large ocean. It was called Tomis Kingdom.
At the heart of the island, on a high cliff near the forest, there stood an ancient palace where King Eduard and Queen Kassilia lived with their son, Prince William.
When William was born, the joy of the king and queen and the whole kingdom knew no boundaries. He was a sweet baby, with large, green almond eyes and silky hair, the color of honey, who grew to be a clever, generous and pleasant young man. Everybody admired his gentleness and noble spirit, which were apparent from an early age. He had a captivating naivety and a great love for each and every creation. All the palace dwellers loved him.
One day, when he was very young, William stopped talking. No one could understand what caused it. Many physicians tried to cure him with bitter concoctions and various strange medications, but William did not resume talking.
William was tall, slim and awkward. There was something slow and clumsy about his movements. He was a gentle lad, who liked to stroll alone in the forest, spend hours looking over the sea from his room window, paint, play and listen to music.
Every morning, William would leave the palace to feed the birds, who were his very best friends. Hundreds of birds would fly over to the prince from all over the island. He would feed them with leftovers and crumbs of food collected especially for him in the palace kitchens. Some fed directly from his
