About this ebook

As a society, we see grace as a permission to further our own agendas, in one-dimensional terms, or simply what Jesus has extended.
Natasha R. Bailey, who has worked in ministry more than twenty years, challenges those views in this book that explores the many misconceptions we have about grace. She presents grace as a calculated, collective, illustrative plan from the mind of God to His people. She answers questions such as:
What are the three levels of grace?
How can grace help you find clarity and renewed hope?
How can you liberate yourself from anxiety, depression, and heaviness?
Can you really live a life of answered prayers?
Is it possible to develop a greater intimacy with the Lord?
The author also highlights what Jesus did for humanity in paying the penalty of everyone’s sin. He paid what we owed so that all accounts and charges could be settled or waived. Now we must live out the encapsulated aspects of grace that illustrate recompense through the work of repentance.
Join the author as she explores the true meaning of grace and discover how it can help you move toward a greater level of freedom.

    Grace: The Scrolls

The simple and traditional conversation on a scroll can be studied through any number of limited research efforts today. The evolution of technology and manufacturing materials has enabled us to access scrolls that have been elevated to forms that have been made available in books, tablets, magazines, journals, and even Internet websites.

Nevertheless, I would like to open a discussion on the historic use of this documentary tool through the prophet Daniel’s vision. This is to say that Daniel provides a visionary place where we are able to explore not only the tangible materials of the scroll but also the audible expressions that it yields forth, as well as its overall purpose.

Daniel was legendary for having grandiose visions and dreams. Each of his descriptions of these phenomena decorated the aesthetics of a reality that conveyed to the reader that Daniel perceived worlds that were extremely diverse from the one experienced by natural sight alone. The seventh chapter of his writings proves to be no less extravagant in this form of illustration. It opens with a splendor of imagery that came through his dreams (verse 1) and visions of the night (verse 7). After giving elaborate detail to three distinct creatures, he saw in his dreams, he then introduced the visions of the night. In this conversation, he described yet another beast and an aspect of God, depicting Him as the eternal judge and naming Him as the Ancient of Days. This facet of God had not yet been received prior to this encounter. As Daniel began to convey the details of what he saw, he included an image of the Ancient of Days seated on His throne. We find ourselves given a panoramic view in which every element is described. The Ancient of Days is illustrated by the majesty of His throne located in a judicial chamber where documents were decreed and read aloud.

This aspect of God as judge gives us the opportunity to see the judicial sovereign act with the power of the scroll. The judicial facet of God uses the scroll as a recounting of affairs to be legislated. It shows the significant power that scrolls produce when rightly accounted. Daniel displayed the practice of recounting the Word when he wrote and declared this vision.

All throughout scripture, this act of recounting is displayed. In Jeremiah, Psalms, Revelation, Matthew, and others we find phrases like, Write, for these words are faithful and true (Revelation 21:5 KJV). And Write all the words which I have spoken to you in a book (Jeremiah 30:2 NASB). God expresses very specifically His desire and need to recount and document the Word. Second Timothy 3:16 further supports His intention behind the written word, and Daniel helps us see the necessity of the will of God to legislate over the words that have been given.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man
