It was with mixed emotions that Bill and Kathy brought the news of his job transfer, to their eight-year-old daughter, Brittany. Her bright blue eyes filled with tears as she shook her brown ponytails from side to side. This can’t be happening. Her dark eyelashes flashed at them.
