You can choose your thoughts, and you can choose whether they work for you or against you. You want to replace your old, negative thoughts with new, positive ones. When you change your thoughts, you change your world.

The first step towards changing what’s preventing you from having the life you want is to realize what it is. In this case, Marion had to recognize that she was deserving of love, but also that not everyone was out to hurt her.

We are led to believe that we can't have what we want and that we can lose everything we have. But this is an illusion. When we choose to raise our vibration, we are making a decision to move into a place that is filled with unlimited potential.
