About this ebook

Trevor

It's love at first sight. As soon as I see her lounging next to the pool, I know I need to make it all mine. The resort, the island...even her.

The first two are easy for a rich billionaire like me.

But when my bank accounts fail to impress her, I'll have to work harder than ever to make her fall for me.

Rachel

A gorgeous, rich guy would be a perfect distraction amidst the chaos of my sister's wedding.

With him on my arm, maybe my mom would stop trying to set me up with all the single men she meets.

My only problem with this amazing man is how can I tell if I'm in love with him or his money?

Curves on My Island is an insta-love short, sweet, and steamy romance with an HEA between an Alpha billionaire and a curvy woman trying to have the best Spring Break ever before college graduation.

Curves on My Island - Nixie Taylor

    1 - Rachel

Only my family could turn a spring break vacation to a beautiful five-star island resort into a miserable trip.

God, I need to stop being a bitch. Focus on the positives.

The weather on this little island somewhere near the Philippines is definitely better than March in Ohio during a week when a snowstorm is threatening the campus.

Also, I love my sister so much. I’m over-the-moon excited she’s getting to marry the love of her life.

I’ve got a Kindle stuffed full of steamy romance novels to read, a sensible swimsuit, and plenty of free time to flop into a hammock and catch up on my to-be-read pile. The homework this senior year has been brutal, and the sooner I don’t ever have to read a book some stuffy professor assigns to me again the better.

Hurry up, Rachel! Mom shouts while pounding on the door connecting our two hotel rooms.

We just got here. Why do I have to go do something already? You’re not planning on making me spend my entire vacation doing wedding things, are you? I’m not even the one getting married!

Not yet, but you should come to this brunch. You never know who you’ll meet...

I hear the implication as her words trail off. No way. You’re not going to try to set me up with another guy. We’ve only been here a few minutes. My hair is a mess, and I’m not wearing makeup.

From the hallway just outside my room, Kimberly, my sister, shouts, Leave Rachel alone, Mom!

My family might not be big—there’s just my parents, my sister, and me—but we’re loud and tend to sound like we’re fighting even when things are calm. This week will be anything but calm. I feel bad for the other families staying in the resort.

Don’t you start with me, Kimberly April—

Don’t you start with me, Mom! My wedding. My rules. Rachel doesn’t have to do a damn thing during her last bit of break before her big push before finals!

Mom doesn’t answer which means Kim’s won the argument...for now. I’m sure it won’t be the last time my mom tries to set me up with someone during this vacation.

Thanks, I whisper to Kim as I open the door to let her into my room. How’s the honeymoon suite?

Oh my god. It’s amazing, but listen. I’m not going to set you up with anyone, I swear. But there’s this guy in the suite next to ours. No ring. Hot as hell. If you don’t want him, I’m probably going to leave Alex and marry this guy instead.

We both laugh. She and Alex have been together since third grade. They’ve known they were soulmates since junior high. She wouldn’t actually leave Alex for anyone on the planet.

Thanks, but guys like that don’t want girls like me. He’ll end up banging one of the rich girls who look like models lying around the pool and then ask me to take his dishes from his room when he sees me in the hall the morning after.

Not this again. Get out of your own head and see the cute, sexy, wonderfully curvy woman the rest of us see.

And what if I do? Do you think your neighbor is going to do the same?

"I’ll bet you a two-dollar bill he will. I watched him completely
