Chapter 1

Finding Ham & D

On June 6, 2016, real dinosaurs were discovered frozen in a iceberg near Iceland!  (*See Dinosaur Diaries Volume 1)

When a lightning bolt struck an iceberg during a storm it freed 2 dinosaurs from their icy prison and shocked their hearts, bringing them back to life.

Roger Jolly was on the fishing boat Bounty and saw what had happened helped organize the life-saving rescue of the dinosaurs from the frigid water.

THE CREW LOVED THE dinosaurs and named them Hambone and D-Bomb.

They were on their way back to Iceland when suddenly a huge pirate ship attacked them from behind.

Chapter 2

PIRATES!

After the explosions from the cannon balls, everyone was freaking out. All the crew not on duty ran up on the main deck. 

Off in the distance was a monstrous ship coming right for them.  Just as everyone arrived on the deck, they fired a second cannon ball into the side of the ship.

What's happening captain?  Leaky shouted.

"Pirates! Shouted Captain Bly.

WHAT DO THEY WANT? Tofu asked

They want our fish. The captain said.

We’ll fight them? Dynomike challenged.

We can't fight them.  They have a cannon, and we don't even we have a gun. It's against the rules of our shipping company for us to have guns on board.

That’s just wrong! said Jolly. How can we defend ourselves? There are no police out here.

What are they going to do Captain? Leaky asked.

"First thing we must do is hide Ham and D. Make sure they’re safe. We don’t want anything to happen to them. The trouble is, after they steal our fish, they will have to sink our ship with all of us aboard, because they know we will tell
