About this ebook

This is a journal, if you will, most humbly offered with observation and lessons, experiences of times and places, mistakes made, and truths learned on.

We all have our separate journeys with countless parallels and many intersections along the way. It turns out to be about ninety-two percent the same for all of us most times, and the words are how I say: Be blessed, and press on.

I refuse to apologize for what I am For my strengths or my absurdities If I had it to do again – I would not change a thing Because all of that – The Journey Is in and of itself Quite specifically the reason I am “me.”

To plants, trees, fish, and wildlife, then man.

    Without the former,

    The latter cannot survive.

We need to put together a viable plan

While there may still be some time.

Our existence is dependent upon it, truly.

Extinction is not the distinction warranted,

At least it doesn’t have to be . . .

Wake up and smell the roses, folks.

    In book two

There was Melanie, Emily, and me,

    All on the same page

    Quite literally.

    The art

    The edit

    The final write,

The three of us, all contributing together, and

    Acknowledged in print.

All of us, On the same page.

Yep, Number Two is my favourite because

    It is ours.

    Melanie, Emily, and me.

    I’ll not forget . . .

    Yeah,

    Choked me, Broke me,

    Took m’Friends and Family.

    Jailed me, and

    Even that failed ye.

    Tried and tried,

    Again and again, but

    I’d not leave nor die,

    Never please you.

    And the reason?

    You live through the Spirit

    Or life is shit.

M’Soul is the one thing you will never get . . .

    Bring it on fuck-mouth.

    Bring it fuckin’ on.

    Ms Melanie

I refuse to let her fade away

I will not let her go

Know that I will see her soon

For now I miss her tho’

    I reach out in Spirit

    Clasp her hand in mine

Gently kiss it with undying Love

The Soul would have no Rainbow

    Had the eye no tear

I cry often now and everyday

    I thank the Lord above

For the Privilege of her company and the

Absolute Faith that I will see her again

    Daughter, Sister, Wife and Mother

    Teacher and Warrior

    In the truest sense

    Love beyond words

    I shall not forget

    Eternal has no Past Tense

    Be Blessed Lady Melanie

    See you soon . . .

Life is such a frail and temporary thing
