About this ebook

This book is my latest work which is aimed at addressing a very volatile issue in the labour market, I believe it will go a long way to bridge the ever-widening gap of unemployment, especially among the young people in our society today.

It is commonly said within the corridors of Human Resources that; the problem of unemployment in our society today is not so much of the unavailability of jobs but the unavailability of employable and progressively productive minds needed to fit into the few available jobs.

With my experience conducting job interviews for some veritable organizations, I have noticed the common weakness among applicants which gave birth to my writing, this particular concern is one of the reasons for the rise of unemployment particularly among today’s youths who make up the major population of the unemployed in the country.

As an active HR Consultant, experienced in the field of personnel recruitment; I have taken time to reveal in this book some key and basic information expected of job seekers to be acquainted with before going for an interview.
