      How This Book Can Help You Recover from Infidelity and Regain Trust in a Relationship

      This workbook was created to help you if you want to STAY in the relationship, but you are being held back due to the feelings of bitterness, betrayal and suspicion.

      In 2018 Dr. Kevin Skinner. a PHD Researcher who has interviewed over 7000 couples, gave a TED talk on what it feels like from the perspective of the person who has been cheated on.  It turns out that between 60-70% of people who have been betrayed experience symptoms very similar to PTSD.

      Symptoms include a complete loss of self-worth, avoiding being around people or places, nightmares, racing thoughts and hypervigilance towards your partner or spouse.

      The betrayal runs deep, and can feel almost physically painful, as you have become psychically and emotionally entwined with your partner, and when they betray you it is ripping apart the invisible bonds, that bound you together over what could have been many years.

      When the infidelity comes to light then either the couple separate, or they try and make a go of it and move past the infidelity.
