Back CoverStella was pissed off. Her husband Dave, a FIFO engineer, had just returned to Tom Price Mine in the Pilbara and she was once again left to manage the house, the kids and the cat—Miss Pink Fluffy Bum—alone.
Dave worked eight days on, four days off leaving little time for leisure or pleasure. Stella had become accustomed to his excuses of tiredness and lack of energy when it came to day-to-day activities; he worked hard to support his family of four, but she was increasingly frustrated by the lack of romance and night-time antics between them.
