Revelation Divine Truths - Julie Teariki-Tautea

    Revelation Chapter One

    Revelation 1: 1-29.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ: Revelation 1: 1-2. "The Revelation in which God gave Jesus Christ to show His servants things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to his servant John. Things must shortly take place well according to God's timing and biblical timing it's been a while from ancient times since, Adams time to John's time to our time. To our creator father, it's only a short time but to the world's view, it's century after century. This is the revelation about the Lord Jesus Christ which God gave to John to his servant about what is and what was and what is to come.

Happy is the one who reads and keeps the prophecy: Revelation 1:3. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near. According to the scriptures, we are supposed to be happy in reading aloud! How do we find happiness in these most difficult and critical times and among critical people in this world? Hard press times with financial pressures and perilous times? Can Christians find happiness in searching the bible book and the book of Revelation? Or how do we show interest in the meaning of its vivid signs and symbols and act in harmony therewith? In revelation, to John, the first paragraph mentioned; Happy is the one who reads aloud.

John in his previous writing mentioned that; this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments; and yet his commandments are not burdensome, because everyone who has been born from God conquers the world. And this is the conquest that has conquered the world, our faith. Who can conquer the world? Is it not the one who has faith that Jesus is the Son of God?" 1. John 5:3-5. Yes, we all can become supremely happy by building such faith.

Urgent Revelation: This revelation is urgent that we observe them, For the appointed time is near. Meaning the appointed time for the prophecies of Revelation, including God’s judgment day. The time is near for God and Jesus Christ to execute the final judgment on Satan’s world system. Jesus' disciples asked him secretly to know when God’s secret end time would be, but Jesus full of wisdom mentioned to his disciples the time and the hour of God’s judgment day; Jesus said only his Father in heaven knew that day or the hour. He describes the beginning of pangs of distress in Mark 13.8. Concerning that day or the hour nobody knows, neither the angels in heaven nor the Son, but the Father. Keep looking, keep awake, for you do not know when the appointed time is." Mark. 13.32-33. Habakkuk wrote, for the vision is yet for its appointed time, and it is rushing toward its end, and it will not lie. Even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it! For it will without fail come true. It will not be late! Habakkuk 2.3. This is true for every prophecy in the bible has been fulfilled and more will be fulfilled through Jesus Christ the Son of God, and through Jesus Christ, God’s will, be done here on earth and in heaven.

Blessed and Happy God: Let's view the beginning of creation as a happy beginning,  when God created the world he was happy to see his creation. Surely God was happy to see his creation. Indeed God wants us to be happy through his glorious good news to those who love him. Thus the book of Revelation assures us in the first and final chapters we are told that he is a blessed God, a Happy God; Revelation 1:3, Happy is the one who reads aloud and those who hear the words of this prophecy and who observe the things written in it, for the appointed time is near Happy is anyone observing the words of the prophecy of this scroll. (22:7). 1 Timothy 1:11, According to the glorious good news of the happy God.

Jehovah God our father blessed his creation so richly in life, and therefore God our creator wanted us to be happy in learning about his love for us. Luke. 11. 28, but he said: "No rather, happy are those hearing the word of God and keeping it! The point of the matter is that we must be hearers and doers of the word and not deceive ourselves with false reasoning. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. James. 1.22. Which the happy and only Potentate will show in its appointed times. He is the King of those who rule as kings and Lord of those who rule as lords. 1. Timothy. 6. 15. Much has been said about the beast and the mark of the beast, one could say false reasoning in our midst, so out of fear and anxiety of the beast. The Holy Spirit prompts me to study the book of revelation. "If you know this thing, happy are you if you do them." John. 13.17. Jesus says; "Have no fear, little flock, for your Father has approved of giving you the Kingdom." Luke. 12.32.

Jesus Christ was revealed: Revelation 1: 4-6. John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dad, and the rule over the kings of the earth. To him who loved us and washed us from our sins in his blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever Amen. In the Bible from the Old and New Testament prophecies, Jesus was revealed the scriptures as the firstborn of all creation by God and the faithful and true witness of God. The Psalmist wrote, And I will place him as firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. Psalms 89.27. Then again written in Revelation. 1.5. And from Jesus Christ, the faithful Witness, the firstborn from the dead, and The Ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and who set us free from our sins through his blood." Jehovah God’s Son Jesus Christ was his firstborn creation then after him all the other angels were God's spirit son’s whom one of them turned against the creator father in the garden of Eden, he was called the opposer or Satan, who is also known as the serpent that was described in Genesis. Jesus Christ is the Omega and the Alpha the beginning and the end. Jesus showed himself to John in a version of Revelation. 22. 13. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. He was not claiming to be equal with God but that all power and authority have been given to him as the firstborn of all creation and he was the First to be resurrected from the dead and He will be the last to resurrect the dead on the last day. And he is the head of the body, the congregation. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead so that he might become the one who is first in all things. Colossians." 1.18 . See what the scripture saysso that he might become the one who is first in all things. Jehovah has revealed himself clearly to prophet Isaiah saying; ‘I am the first and I am the last, There is no God but me. Isaiah.44. 6. Know, therefore, on this day, and take it to heart that Jehovah is the true God in the heavens above and on the earth beneath. There is no other." Deuteronomy. 4.39. God has a purpose and a plan for this earth, and God created the earth for nothing. God has been working in the beginning through his spiritual son and Jesus was the loyal son of God.

Jesus is coming in the clouds with great power and glory: Revelation 1: 7. "Says; Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, and those who pierced him; and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in grief because of him. Yes Amen."Jesus himself said it. And then they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. Mark 13.26. Jesus' second return will be one of the most powerful and mighty holy presences in the entire universe. No one can stand his Holy presence, the bible describe his presence that; every tribe, tongue, and nation will bow down even the four beasts mentioned in John’s vision in revelation, will fall and worship him, as he is the King of glory and King of all Kings. "Jesus said to him: "You said it. But I say to you: From now on you will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of power and coming on the clouds of heaven." Matthew. 26.64.

New Jerusalem is coming down from heaven: Revelation 1:7  Look He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, and those who pierced him; and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in grief because of him. The return of Jesus Christ will be in the air with the clouds in the skies. John announces, Yes, Amen. Furthermore, all the nations including the wicked will stand together before Jesus towards his glorious throne in heaven and all the other people here on earth not in heaven because not everyone can enter the holy presence of God in Heaven. The scripture says every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is the King of glory. Jesus himself told his disciples the sign of his return. Then the sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in grief, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a great trumpet sound, and they will gather his chosen ones together from the four winds, from one extremity of the heavens to their other extremity. Matthew. 24. 30-31. The prophecy in Revelation talks about the 144.000, who will rule as kings over the earth with Jesus. Revelation. 5.10.

Where will be the New Jerusalem? Note that the New Jerusalem is not going to be ruling here on this corrupt earth, but that it will be up to the med-heavens to declare the glory of Jehovah, and the scripture has described it for us that the New Jerusalem will be firmly established forever as a faithful witness in the skies. Psalm 89.37. We will look up to the heavens and it’s will be shining brightly like the moon and in it all the Faithful Witnesses with Jesus Christ. Why is Jesus' second coming so powerful? Even just the glimpse of him or the thought of him is very majestic and glorious. The return of Christ means he will be turning all attention towards God. It is for every man to know and see that God’s executing Judgments will now be towards the entire earth. That is why it’s urgent to let everyone know that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the King of glory. In reality, the earth will continue to ignore the reality of Jesus Christ. When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit down on his glorious throne. The scripture says; All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will put the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right. ‘Come you who have been blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world. Matthew. 25.31-34.

Timothy’s instruction: Instruct those who are rich in the present system of things not be arrogant, and to place their hope, not on uncertain riches, but on God, who richly provides us with all the things we enjoy. Tell them to work at good, to be rich in fine works, to be generous, and ready to share safely treasuring up for themselves a fine foundation for the future, so that they may get a firm hold on the real life. 1. Timothy. 17-19. 2. These instructions are so beneficial for us to follow that we have to love one another and love our God above all things. As the Thessalonians to, Paul and Timothy in union with God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: This takes into account that it is righteous on God’s part to repay tribulation to those who make tribulation for you. But you who suffer tribulation will be given relief along with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with his powerful angels in flaming fire, as he brings vengeance on those who do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus. These very ones will undergo the judicial punishment of everlasting destruction from before the Lord and from the glory of his strength, at the time when he comes to be glorified in connection with his holy ones and to be regarded on that day with wonder among all those who exercised faith because the witness we have met with faith among you. To that very end, we always pray for you, that our God may count you worthy of his calling and with his power perform completely all the good that he pleases and every work of faith. This is so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you and you in union with him, according to the undeserved kindness of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. " 2. Thessalonian.1. 6-12.

Then, indeed, the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will do away with by the spirit of his mouth and bring to nothing by the manifestation of his presence. But the lawless one’s presence is by the operation of Satan with every powerful work and lying signs and wonders, and every unrighteous deception for those who are perishing, as a retribution because they did not accept the love of the truth so that they might be saved. 2. Thessalonian 2. 8-10.

The Alpha and the Omega: Revelation 1: 8. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, says the Lord, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty. God himself is the Grand instructor and the ultimate Source of this revelation. Isaiah 46:10. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasures. In my second study book The Fine Pearl , I mention that God's name is one of a kind and he will do all that pleases him.

Revelation. 1.9. Endurance to the End: Timothy says to other brothers; if we go on enduring, we will also rule together as kings; if we deny, he will also deny us Who needs endurance? For many of us, it is not easy but with the help of the Holy Spirit in us, we can endure. When trouble comes we may be out there looking for ways to ease our pain and suffering to get out of the troubled environment that surrounds our situation. We might even think what’s the best way to get out of the problems; or for many other reasons that we may think like if; I’ I’ before our future; I need happiness; I need love, I need my peace of mind, so I’ becomes so important before others in the world system. But the scripture says the opposite of our resistance; the bible teaches us that you need endurance! For you need endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the fulfilment of the promise. Hebrews. 10.36 By your endurance, you will preserve your lives. Luke. 21.19. Talks about the end of the wicked system and the new world are in the processes of the maker's hands as time goes by, so therefore before the new world, we will be going from one extreme of prophecies to the next prophecies of the bible. But we must endure all sorts of trials and tribulations. Jesus said: But the one who has endured to the end will be saved. Matthew. 24.13. He has also put his seal on us and has given us the token of what is to come, that is, the spirit, in our hearts. 2. Corinthians.1.22. Our hearts must be right with the almighty and his Son Christ in us, Also, do not be grieving God’s holy spirit, with which you have been sealed for a day of releasing by ransom. Ephesians. 4.30. ‘If you are being reminded by the holy spirit to do what is right, do not grieve the holy spirit but obey his spirit of truth. Now the one who prepared us for this very thing is God, who gave us the spirit as a token of what is to come. 2. Corinthians. 5.5. And I heard the number of those who were sealed, 144,000, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel: Revelation. 7.4.. Timothy. 2.12. Jesus mentioned to his disciples, "And you will be hated by all people on account of my name, but the one who has endured to the end will be saved." Matthew. 10.22. Christians are to be shining as illuminators in the world. "So that you may come to be blameless and innocent, children of God without a blemish amid a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you are shining as illuminators in the world." Philippians. 2. 15. If we are children, we are also heirs-heirs indeed of God, but joint-heirs with Christ provided we suffer together so that we may also be glorified together." Romans. 8. 17.17. God brings a successful conclusion, for all eternity, regarding the issue of Godship. God is forever vindicated as the one and only almighty God, Supreme Sovereign over all of His creation. There was no God before him and there won't be any after him. Isaiah. 55: 11. So shall my word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Amen! He is almighty God! When he said let there be light and there was light! When he sent his angel son to become human on earth and so it came as he intended it to be in his power.

The revelation of Jesus Christ reading from Revelation 1: 13-16: John went on to describe his vision. Seeing the son of man, this vision was also foretold by Prophet Daniel who said; I kept watching in the visions of the night, and look! With the clouds of the heavens, someone like a son of man was coming; and he gained access to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him up close before that One. Daniel 7.13. prophet Isaiah also prophesied by saying; He made my mouth like a sharp sword; He has hidden me in the shadow of his hand. He makes me a polished arrow; He concealed me in his quiver. Isaiah. 49.2. Further vision in verse 16, he describes his countenance as like the sun when it shines at its brightest. This vision also brings us back to the transfiguration of Jesus Christ in Matthew. 17.1.2. "Six days later Jesus took Peter and James and his brother John along and led them up into a lofty mountain by themselves. And he was transfigured before them; his face shone like the sun, and his outer garments became brilliant as the light." In John's vision when he saw Jesus he could not stand upright in his presence, but he fell as dead at his feet; He express fear or awe of appreciation for the Lord Jesus Christ. We must show humble appreciation and not morbid fear but have reverential respect for Jesus’ position as enthroned King of God's Kingdom, the High Priest, and Judge.

John's Reaction when he saw Jesus: Revelation 1: 17-18. When I saw him, I fell as dead at his feet. And he laid his right hand on me and said: Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last, and the living one and I become dead, but look! I am living forever and ever, and I have the keys of death and the Grave.  What was going through John's mind was he afraid? Jesus knows very well and humbly laid his right hand on John and said gently do not be afraid then he reminded him of who he was.  Jesus is truly the first in God's creation remember before the earth was created he had already had his angels with him in the heavenly realms.  Jesus will be the last in the end's time, he is the resurrection and the life; he will resurrect the dead to life, As he said in his own words, and I will resurrect him on the last day John. 6. 54.

The Revelation of Jesus to John: Revelation 1:18: "I am he who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore.  Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and Death. Jesus is alive after his death he went back to live forevermore with his father in heaven. During Jesus' ministry and teaching, he would preach about God's kingdom and that he was here on earth to do his Father's will. He also thought about the resurrection and life. In the end times, he will separate the sheep from the goat according to their names written in the book of life. Why did Jesus say I have the keys of Hades and Death? He is God's Son and he will do all that God wanted him to do to the finished work. He made it clear that he does not speak for himself whatever he says it is from the one who sent him here to do his will.

Write the things which you have seen. Revelation 1: 19. Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this. Jesus proclaims it to John to write everything he sees. It is important to record everything that he showed John. As this has been the practice for the faithful man in the ancient times they would be required to write down the vision for an appointed time; Habakkuk 2. 3. "For the vision is yet for an appointed time: But at the end, it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come I will not tarry."

Jesus comes with Encouragement: Revelation. 1.20. As for the sacred secret of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars mean the angels of the seven congregations. And the seven lampstands mean the seven congregations. addresses Seven congregations The number seven is repeated in revelation. It signifies completeness, especially in connection with the things of God and his anointed congregation. In our current world, there are more than seven congregations. In the end, the Lord’s Day the congregation will only primarily be to Seven congregations of anointed ones thus applying to all of God’s people worldwide. Christians must keep the light shining in the power of the Holy Spirit. Matthew. 5.16. "Likewise, let your light shine before men, so that they may see you're fine works and give glory to your Father who is in the heavens." Jesus in his previous ministry gave an illustration of the Kingdom of the heavens about the ten virgins who took their lamps. Matthew. 25. 1-13. Be dressed and ready and have your lamps burning. Luke. 12. 35. Keep the relationship alive with the Father and the Son with the power of God’s Holy Spirit in our hearts.

Happy is anyone observing the words of the prophecy of this scroll. (22:7). 1 Timothy 1:11, According to the glorious good news of the happy God.

    Revelation Chapter Two

    Revelation 2: 1-29

Revelation 2: 1: The Angel of the church in Ephesus to write: These are the things that he says who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands: Revelation. 2. Continues from the end of Revelation 1. As mentioned earlier in, Acts 19.21. In the course of events, while Apollo was in Corinth. Paul went through the inland regions and came down to Ephesus. There he found some disciples. Ephesians 1.1. Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus, through God’s will to the holy ones who are in Ephesus and are faithful in union with Christ Jesus. And we are writing these things so that our joy may be complete. This is the message that we heard from him and are announcing to you: God is light, and there is darkness at all in him.

This message in particular is associated with the congregations of God’s people as time draws near. The number seven is repeated in Revelation again and again. It signifies completeness or connection with the things of God and his anointed congregation that applies to all of God’s people today. The message gives us hope that Jesus Christ comes with encouragement to the earthly people. Now to the King of eternity, incorruptible, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory forever and ever. Amen. 1. Timothy. 1.17. "So the Word became flesh and resided among us, and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs to an only-begotten son from a father, and he was full of divine favour and truth." John. 1.14. Jehovah God spoke his word to his first spirit creation son Jesus to become flesh and reside among people. Before that Jesus was a spirit son with the father in heaven, but God spoke the word so the word becomes flesh, then the next line of the word we see to as an only-begotten son from a father.

John's vision affirms that Jesus Christ, the Faithfull Witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. Revelation. 1.5. Jesus was the first of all kings to be raised to immortal spirit life. He is exalted high above all the earthly kings. Jesus has been described in Psalms as the faithful witness; the psalms wrote about King David’s offspring would endure forever; His throne will endure like the sun before me. Like the moon, it will be firmly established forever. As a faithful witness in the skies." Psalm. 89.35-37. The new heaven is up in the skies with Jesus and God’s faithful witness ruling over the new earth.

The Grand purpose of God: What is Jehovah God’s grand purpose? The Grand purpose of God was to sanctify his name and to save all mankind through his begotten son Jesus Christ who brings us all closer to God. The prophecy sets the theme for the whole Bible, including Revelation. The book of Revelation is the dramatic culmination of God’s grand purpose to sanctify his name before all creation. Jehovah our God wants us to know him and that’ He is I am Jehovah. The Bible proverb says: Better is the end of a matter than its beginning. Better to be patient than to be haughty in spirit. Do not be quick to take offence, for the taking of offence lodges in the bosom of fools. Ecclesiastes. 7:8. And I will certainly magnify myself and sanctify myself and make myself known before the eyes of many nations, and they will have to know that I am Jehovah. Ezekiel. 38:23. Jehovah God will execute on the great acts of vengeance with furious punishments, and they will have to know that I am Jehovah when I bring my vengeance on them." Ezekiel. 25:17. God’s ways of vengeance on his enemies are not to belt them up instantly or destroy them right away. God is patient; kind and he will act through his chosen people or slaves to make matters right for him until it is how God intended it to be.

From Genesis to Revelation: Genesis talks about the beginning of creation and how God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in it. The scripture also tells us how Satan rebelled against God. Revelation talks about the triumphant end of matters bringing it back to God’s grand purpose and how God intended the earth to be. We must be well informed in scriptural and have faith in God. For then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again. Matt, 24: 21. Peter also wrote concerning the prophecy; You are doing well in paying attention to it as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until day dawns and a daystar rises, in your hearts. 2. Peter 1:19.

Oppressive wolves: Revelation. 2. 2, 3, and 4. Apostate disturbers of the flock, and had told those elders to keep awake, I know your deeds, and your labour and endurance, and that you cannot tolerate bad men, and that you put to the test those who say they are apostles, but they are not, and you found them to be liars. You are also showing endurance, and you have persevered for the sake of my name and have not grown weary." The scriptures warned us about the oppressive wolves will enter among Godly people and will not treat the flock with tenderness, and from among you yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things to draw away the disciples after themselves. For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. Earlier on John also warns about false prophets. He said; Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired statement, but test the inspired statements to see whether they originate with God, for many false
