The Vidocq Society was an organization of the world’s best detectives and forensic scientists. They met on the third Thursday of every month to discuss unsolved murders and try to solve them.

The Vidocq Society, a group of retired detectives, was founded in Philadelphia in the nineteenth century to help police solve unsolved cases. They would not take on a case unless the victim had committed no crimes, and the case was at least two years old.

The Murder Room was a place to avoid at all costs. It was invisible to the happy man, and visible to the suffering. The room appeared to the suffering.

The man who got away with murder was going to pay. Antoine LeHavre, a furniture manufacturer in Louisiana, was a civic leader. He took a dozen of his employees, including Allain, to a minor-league baseball game under the lights. Afterward, they all repaired to a restaurant-bar.

The Vidocq Society was famous for its freewheeling approach to investigation. Now, with a nod from Fleisher, it began looking into the case.

The Vidocq Society meeting was adjourned after Bender revealed that he knew who killed Allain, and it was LeHavre. LeHavre said nothing at the podium. The first clue was LeHavre’s overinflated presence.

The Vidocq Society is a group of detectives that solves murders. Walter said that LeHavre was trying to brag about the murder, and that he was not smarter than any of the police officers.

The Vidocq Society was formed by the founders in consultation with the board of directors, which included an assistant U. S. attorney, a naval intelligence officer, the security director of Sun Oil Company, an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives agent, and a Philadelphia homicide detective.
