About this ebook
If you've been told that you're 'too sensitive' and that 'you should stop taking things to heart', or if your sensitivity is perceived as a weakness or a flaw, then this book is for you.
Featuring over 100 positive affirmations to help anyone embrace their sensitivity and recognise it as a gift and a strength, this little book can be used as a simple daily prompt to self-acceptance and self-love.
With a short introduction by the author, sharing her personal and empowering insights from her own journey and an overview of the key HSP traits, the book is then laid out as double-page spreads each featuring a key idea with a positive affirmation to help the reader learn to love and embrace their sensitivity.
This is a 'must-have' book that challenges the misconceptions about sensitivity and inspires a more authentic way of being and living. The messages it contains will speak to those who consider themselves to be an HSP (highly sensitive person), an empath or just a sensitive person.
