A Heart's Duet:

Learning to Dance to the Universal Healing Unconditional'Beat'.

This is the soundtrack that put the groove back in the 'souls' of my guilty feet.

"It's like we're numb to the feeling

The one that used to be healing." 

That lyric in the song 'Remember' by Gryffin and ZOHARA pretty much sums up disease, suffering and the whole human experience in a nutshell (or even a conch shell!)

It also provides the answer to the question we all search for- what's the cure? The remedy? The missing piece? The 'secret' ingredient? 

Love.

Our own love. 

To FEEL it. To experience it. The embody it.

To allow ourselves to truly feel - this will heal. Bridge the gap. Lead the way. Clear the cob webs and the path.

Where do we feel? In the heart. Not the head.

To drop back into the body. To be here. Now. As opposed to 'I prefer to be there instead'. Strike a pose.

To allow ourselves to be seen. Fully seen. Like the Sun. 

To allow all the unwanted parts that we've all abandoned to be bathed in that light. To be our own unconditional embrace. To no longer fight and stay in the race somehow thinking that to a deeper knowing and sixth sense it would erase. 

To feel.

To FEEL.

To live our love like it's never and can never be broken. Unconditional. No broken or breaking a record.

This is the 'secret' sauce. 

No more part time lover. No more wishy washy. No more falling in and out out of love- with ourselves! No more  everyone's connected but no one is connecting Alone song by Armin Van Buuren.

When we are truly connected nothing can disconnect us from this beat.

Pharrell hit it spot on in the opening lyrics of the song Lemons The Truth Will Set You Free.. but first will piss you off.

You are your own healer. The remedy. The cure. The missing piece.

The connection.

Or in the words of Gandhi- The change you wish to see in the world.

The person that you least think could help is the one that can best serve you- and that's YOU!!! This is the Truth that pisses most people off- we are in our own way and we are in fact the way.

How many people do you know that are just pushing through, going through the motions and completely taking life for granted. Numb to the feeling. Just bouncin' around instead of bouncin' to the beat.

Which reiterates the power... the power... the power of Love ...Ok and a little Huey Lewis and the News for all my 80s feathered bangs girls out there! Whose wearing their tide dyed shirt and bandana?!

That's the power of love.

Our own love.

Every true spiritual teaching, every ancient wisdom, every cell, every creature, tree, galaxy, planet and yes even the seat you're sitting on, is pulsing with the same energy and.... is ALL pointing us back home- to this energy, this frequency, this vibration, the never ever forcing force of Love. Isn't it ironic?

Gives new meaning to putting the needle on the right track. This is our axis and our access point. Our 'equator', the circle equalizing duality!

Time to put our awareness, like a stethoscope, on the Universal beat. The most natural equator. 

In the heart there is no separation or division. It has no hemispheres or fears. It's the whole.

Can you feel the heat and the beat? 

Speaking of beats, I regularly - on heavy repeat- liken awakening and transformation to the metaphor of all things music- as you will come to hear through the rhythm laying the beats in this entire unfolding healing rhyme.

I truly believe ...scratch that- I KNOW... our bodies each have their own rhythm and beat that- when are n'synch with the Universal beat, dance in a healing transformative vibration that transcends any of the limiting densities and 'gravity' that have withheld us from hearing the music.
