    Introduction

Mental health is a misunderstood and stigmatized issue that can sometimes be confusing, but it essentially accounts for one’s cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being. A healthy mind is one that can process stimuli effectively, can cope and manage problems while maintaining a sense of self worth, and allows us to think with clear-sightedness and purpose by censoring negative thoughts and distinguishing between what could conceivably happen and what is truly likely to happen. It allows us to create relationships with other people. These are only a few operations a healthy mind achieves.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the physical health of many, it has also separated millions of people, leading to common feelings of isolation, worry, and melancholy.
