    Prologue

We all have been created with the power of Leadership by God the Creator. Silmontaniously, we need to develop it to adapt to the process effectively. Because some of us ore not the same in terms; of knowledge and wisdom to approach the movement equally. Still, most of us are equipped to succeed efficiently; if we are not giving up. The beautiful thing in leadership it’s to have positive and negative to regulate the unite nicely to the destiny that the Visionary needs to go to. Then the system will not be as fascinating as it should; for it depends in each other’s support. The system is not perfect, but it needs everyone’s participation to work to perfection. As humanity, we have to work together to help each other and to influence each other, because leadership is an art that needs to be framed.

    Introduction

What would we say about leadership?

Leadership Is An Art: Because of so many profound features that it carries. As I begin with this book, I will elaborate on the meaningful leadership contexts and how it should be developed to keep the system going: the visionary, the team, and the outsiders on the perfect track. Leadership is the act of solidarity and intimacy that ling people and the organization to achieve its purpose. Leadership purposes are not self-interest; it is collective. Self-interest always leads us to disappointment. Per Gen. 11:1-5 N.I.V.). "The whole world had one language and an everyday speech. As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there.

They said to each other, Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly. They used brick instead of stone and tar for mortar. Then they said, Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise, we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth. But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building." Whenever people try to succeed for themselves and not in the interest of others, most of the time, not guarantee disappointment takes place because that purpose is going to remain. So the Lord was destroying the building because it was for their purpose. Mercifully leadership is not self-interest.

The art of leadership is to trust and believe in your imagination to bring forth the best and the most delicate designs that will blend in solidarity for a specific purpose. Per data, solidarity derives from the word solidus, in English, in which its current definition is an agreement between, and support for, a group, an individual, an idea." is an awareness of shared interests, objectives, standards, and sympathies creating a psychological sense of unity of groups or classes. It refers to the ties in a society that bind people together as one.

The term is generally employed in sociology and other social sciences, philosophy, and bioethics. It is also a significant concept in Catholic social teaching; therefore, it is a core concept in Christian democratic political ideology." Solidarity means oneness; also, solidarity in leadership represents all of the above. Suppose you have not been aware of the significance of solidarity and leadership as a unit that keeps the system going to establish its purposes before. This book would promote you and your loved ones considerably in this matter.

Art is a substance that must keep changing to the best and most refined products from time to time. In terms of productivity, the change must take place. Change is the primary basis that needs to lead you to your purpose, and leadership is all about that. For intense, God’s Word is transformed to give the instructions you need to sustain you in that journey. The adventure is vital because discovering your Guinness is essential to believe in yourself to evolve. Per (John 1:23 N.I.V.). He said, I am a voice of one crying out in the wilderness: Make straight the way of the Lord. The Lord Jesus is the Visionary that will bring forth the change. That is why it is potent that you discover yourself to believe in yourself and the Creator who is the Visionary to transform you to make the change.

To discover the beauty, topographies, and benefits of leadership, we must start with its basis, the "Intimacy of Leadership. Every relationship is an art that bring-forth different aspects that need to be embraced. Your spot will be discovered in the friendship of leadership movement when you have that intimacy either with the leader or with God, and most of the time, it is the message that brings us closer to a leader or an organization. Leadership derives from the Good News’ chronological where Jesus was working with His disciples to build the earthly ministry that God the Father sent Him to be established. E.g., The woman who had the issue of blood had heard of Jesus due to Jesus’ goodness and virtuousness, one of the most significant parts of leadership.

Where is the Origine of Leadership?

Leadership is a divine gift from God, and it is an institution that takes place between the visionaries, the insiders who are the students, and the outsiders, which is the public through faith in the Visionary in and God for particular goals and dreams to conceive with dedications by the intimacy of Lordship and leadership movement with the Visionary. Also, leadership provides access to destinies and freedom by commitments and faith to Cape Diem, the most of you. Therefore, the Leadership movement is genuinely based on the relationship among the visionaries, the team, and the followers to bring forth a new paradigm
