A great inner strength, spaciousness unfailingly

Lord Shiv ever in union with feminine Shakti,

She is His divine consort flowing unflinchingly,

For awareness within Him be wisdom, capacity

Shakti is pure be in all her flow and creativity,

As well as her endless opening to possibility.

The Nature of Shakti Energy

Shakti constantly exquisite, beautiful does be,

With the flowing and the shape-shifting quality,

Embracing reality as a dance - She fluid but be,

Ever flowing, powerfully flexible unquestionably.

Shakti energy raw, expressive and sensual be,

In all life as manifest – Shiv the formless energy,

These two sacred energies equal and opposite be,

And one cannot exist without the other in reality.

We can integrate Shiv, Shakti within clearly,

Within inner consciousness, our being totally,

These sacred powers can open us up actually,

And transform our very being totally, unfailingly.

Shakti energy within takes pran form clearly,

It the life force energy flowing in our nadis*,

It can also take the form of kundalini energy,

Coiled energy, dormant at the base of spine be.

When deep cleansing, healing, renovation be.

Shiv-Shakti – the true aspect of the universe be,

Shiv the conciseness, Shakti the power or energy,

And both the source of life, growth, destruction be,

Neither one is complete without the other in reality.
