About this ebook
Please note: This is a companion version & not the original book.
#1 You were created to fill a man’s need for a helper, and in that capacity you are a good thing suited to his needs. You are inferior to none as long as you function within your natural nature, for no man can do your job.
#2 When you are a help meet to your husband, you are a helper to Christ. When you honor your husband, you honor God. When you obey your husband, you obey God.
#3 God’s original plan was that Adam and Eve be husband and wife, but Eve was created to be a help meet to Adam. As you read this, it may seem like blasphemy, but your husband deserves you as his help meet.
#4 Men are created to be helpers of God. Society is structured so that men and women must submit to authorities like government, employers, police, and the courts. There is no loss of dignity in subordination when it serves a higher purpose.

#5
The Bible tells us that the Joy of the Lord is our strength. For this marriage-making journey, you will need all the strength afforded by the joy of the Lord. A merry heart is the foundation of health and happiness.
#6
When you first fell in love with your husband, you were a sweet little thing full of laughter and fun. From the bottom of your soul, you were thrilled with him. But as time passed, you became a complainer. Love is like a flower: you can’t expect it to grow without sunlight.
#7
The hillbilly woman who worked in the hardware store was not cute, but she was delightful. She had a radiant smile, infectious laughter, and sweet eyes. She was always seen as cute by customers.
#8
Everyone is drawn to a smile, and everyone wants to be friends with someone who is overflowing with goodwill. Men are highly attracted to smiles, and your husband will stay home more if you have a merry heart and a mischievous giggle.
#9
You must understand that life is not fair. Marriage is not fair. And most of all, the woman at work is not playing fair. Your husband is not playing by your rules. He will never be pressured into loving you, even if you are his wife.
#10
You know that if your husband were a godly man, he would not consider his needs. Like Daniel, he would do what was right, regardless. But you don’t know that men do not repent for the sake of an angry, critical wife.
#11
Your husband is going to love what is lovely to him. You must be more lovely than the secretary. A man is attracted to vulnerability in a woman, and she must let him know that she feels safe with him.
#12
