What’s the biggest roadblock you have with planning your own wedding right now?

CHAPTER 1: LET THE PLANNING BEGIN

Determining What Kind of Wedding You’ll Have

    Eco-friendly

This is the couple that wants the green wedding. They will opt for an heirloom ring, eco-friendly invitations, venues that have decor such as botanical gardens or greenhouses, a charity gift registry, meals that won’t go to waste and are sustainable, and eco-friendly flowers. For them, the environment shouldn't have to be put in harm’s way for their wedding. And they’ll recycle whatever was used.

    Traditional

This is the classic, romantic couple. They want everything to be perfect. One of both of them have dreamed of the big day and knows exactly what they want. They want it to be a fairytale, just like their love story. It’s not about anything but making the wedding day reflect how perfect they are for one another.

    Laidback

This is the easygoing, relaxed couple. They’ll look to family and friends to make the big day memorable. They only care that the people they love are present. They just want to get married and start their happily ever after. They’ll likely opt to have a family member or friend photograph their wedding with one of their cameras or a phone. To make things more personal and get creative, they’ll make it a pot luck and have everyone bring something to eat. It’s about sharing the day with loved ones.

    Detail-oriented

This is the note-taking and scheduling couple. Sticky notes and reminders are their best friend. It’s about deadlines, making sure everything is going as planned, and taking care of every last minute detail. They’ll likely be front and center planning the entire day with their wedding planner, if they hire one, or are planning it all on their own and making it a top priority. Likely, they will feel the
