About this ebook

A healthy and affordable way to add variety to your diet!

Want to make delicious, healthy sprouts that your whole family will love?

Sprouts for Your Food Storage will show you how! Sprouts are an easy, cheap, and tasty vegetable anyone can grow. They require little space and can be done without any special equipment. Because the original product grows during the sprouting process, this is a great way to stretch a small amount into a larger amount.

They can not only be used as condiments for salads or sandwiches but can be added to smoothies or baked into bread or crackers, main dishes, and even desserts.

In 2009, Millie Copper began transitioning her family to a whole, traditional, real food diet. Over the years, she has mastered the art of feeding her family an unprocessed, nutrient-dense, real food diet while simultaneously building up her food storage—without having to increase her meager food budget. And she is passionate about helping other families do the same!

Inside Sprouts for Your Food Storage, you'll discover:

  • How to make delicious sprouts from grains, beans, and seeds
  • How to make sprouts an integral part of your food storage
  • Nutritious sprout recipes that your whole family will love

    About the Author

    Introduction

Sprouts are an easy, cheap, and tasty vegetable that anyone can grow. They require little space and can be done without any special equipment. Because the original product grows during the sprouting process, this is a great way to stretch a small amount into a larger amount. Sprouting is especially wonderful during winter when local produce is unavailable.

In 2008, after reading about the health benefits of soaking, souring, and sprouting, I became a sprouting fool! Sprouts are a live food and are eaten whole. When kept raw, they’re loaded with enzymes, packed with nutrition, and are easily digested.
