The Sin
Adam's Curse
One day your father told you
what your mother didn't want to know
it was a secret of past generations
The curse of Adam's childer
runs deep in your blood
you hardly understand your task at hand
So partake of the goblet of sin
Now is the hour to give in
Societal pleasure with pain
makes you want me more again
With love for your sister
you take her away
So partake of the goblet of sin
Now is the hour to give in
Traditions of sins
Founded and built within
carry the burden and speak it to no one
So partake of the goblet of sin
Now is the hour to give in
Black Wings
In darkness
I find escape from my cage
I draw power from rage
and strength from pain
my black wings draped
from my back
my black wings sprout
there is no doubt
people will be running
when they see me coming out
my black wings
have nothing to do with lovin'
let me tell you somethin'
there is no escape
when my black wings look your way
the dawning of a new dark age
enlightenment of hate
celebrating death today
let me tell you again
so there is no mistake
there is no escape or rest
from my black wings of death
Cursed
A spiraling gaze into days gone by
I cannot deny
that something must be done
about this twist inside
I've relied heavily on theories of destiny
in hopes that it would free me
believe me
if I could take it all back, I would
if I could go back to my birth
by eliminating the source
I could destroy the curse
and the course of life would change
