CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
Everyone under enlighten sun needs life with no doubts, life with joy, life with comfortable conditions or life with inner and outer peace; normally people call it a successful life
. Actually success does not come automatically, it needs inner world preparation, and extraordinary thinking that helps to feel and develop emotions to brings energy towards implementation of certain goals. Therefore, success is a central part of our life; we feel it mainly when we reach a set of goal (s), it usually affects positively our perceptions and physical health.
Every individual in the world needs success on his or her targeted destinations and not to fail; many people works hard and very smart because they need to meet various benefits that make them feel good, free and comfortable (emotionally and physically).
In every transcendent spiritual feeling of everyone in the world, focus on how to survive free and comfortable in this world. That's why, people set their goals to make their future good; there is no any human being fights to get discomforts or troubles in life.
People engage in different spheres of activities that may be socio - politics, and economy spheres, such as, cultivating, keeping insects and animals, trading activities, lumbering, robbery, theft, scam and other lives standings that may build up their happier life. People meet different limitations or challenges and sometimes failures and falls down; but overall they want to be out of every embarrassment conditions.
Despite of people’s competitions, hustles and battles for success, the majority fails to reach their goals; some needs to be famous people, successful politicians but fail to be despite of their efforts. This influences the existence of large number of deprived people in the world compared to the number of people with prosperity regardless of several jostles.
THE HIDDEN CONCEPT OF SUCCESS
People do not define success the same way in life; this is because people differ in perceptions and evaluations of success due to interests, demands, and satisfactions to be uncomparable among people..
Likewise, there is no common metric system of measuring success of an individual, as said by Bo Bennett success is not what you have, but who you are
. Therefore, this influence success be gritty by achievement guided by strategic plans (Tracy, 2000).
According to Gallagher (2019) in his book 12 Power Principles for Success
argues that, success means a direction you choice in life. It is not about how much money you have, how old you're, where and who you are, what you own and what your history is. It is the planned journey you choose in your life.
Furthermore, success in life may be expressed as reaching the intended interests; may be good or bad to others while considering laws. Therefore, success is about not only money, assets, or access of any ideal thing; but that accompanied with what brings Joy and comfortability. Normally, the aspects or criteria of success are proved by an outlook of an individual him or herself and not perceptions of others that guise and outline personal success. However, the group’s success are usually determined by the work done over percentage of results or outcome attained according to the organized plan. Usually, group success does not satisfy the needs of all individuals, that why are called group success (Tracy, 2000).
Generally, success in life consider capacity of meeting the intended demands that satisfies and simplifies life of an individual or certain social structure. Success may be positive or negative according to the recognition of the society members; thus, people consider their success according to their ideal interests for them to enjoy, feeling free, secured and being comfortable in their lives regardless of what other people wants, otherwise they don’t break laws.
CENTRAL FOCUS IN LIFE
People fights and contests toward positive aspects for their development from negative aspects. It is because; the central part between human being and his or her life is attainment of planned goals. These influence people’s competitions to be endless phenomenon in the world. Therefore, the central melody that simplify one’s life between human beings under the sun is competition over different interests, since struggling is only chartered icon of surviving to an individual in the world; this situation proves the state of the world is a battlefield
(Mpagaze, 2018).
