    FOREWORD

Several decades ago, there was a very controversial racially concerned case in America, where a believed innocent person was found guilty and sentenced. Half the country was shocked at this verdict, but of course, could do nothing about it. When one of the jurors was asked why she thought the person was guilty, she remarked, I knew he was innocent. So why did you agree with the decision, she was asked. The woman replied, The guidelines we were given to work by, prevented us from discussing any new or contributing evidence toward his innocence. Everything that the judge approved for discussion stifled us from looking at anything outside of the evidence presented by the D.A. The verdict was already decided before it was handed over to the jury.As an individual case, most of us would look at this as outrageous and contemptable. But whether we can see it clearly or not, this is the way of the western world. This is not addressing racially concerned cases; but we’re talking about the habitual acts of denying new evidence in cases that has already been decided before going to trial.

Science, for instance, is considered to be the enemy of religion since it sets out to disprove many of the claims of the Bible. But science, through its methods, prove God and the ways of life better than most religious teachers. Most religious teachers attempt to prove God from already believed and accepted traditions. When you continually try to produce truth from traditions without evidence, you are simply creating waste of time, money and freedom. When you are giving up your life and dreams to attempt to serve God without knowledge of your purpose, and without evidence that stands out, as with Jesus, it seems that you are wasting a good life. The western world does not seem to understand that one cannot prove anything from the same mind that created it; it can only be proven through controversial efforts. This is why scientists must enter a study, either neutral, or in disbelief. This is also why most scientist are agnostics.

Most religious teachers enter a study of the Bible, or the ways of God, according to the guidelines which were set by the elders and scholars before them, which included very little, if any, evidence to back it up. They will neither look for new evidence, nor seek to find purpose. They use the term faith, as their excuse not to seek out evidence, and simply demand that people follow believed rules from a book that half don’t understand, and the other half don’t believe in. We criticize the Apostle Thomas for the saying, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nail, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe, But Jesus commended him by saying, Blessed are you Thomas because you have seen and believed. There are many today who see and will not believe. Thomas was not a doubter, he simply wanted evidence before he would commit his life to a cause.Jesus also said, blessed are those who believe and have not seen. He was not referring to those who hang their lives on non-evidential tradition, but those who believe the presented evidence of the ones who witnesses purpose, and those who seek.

Without simple purpose, for the last 2000 years, followers have been taught to expect, and build their lives upon the belief of some ridiculous and contradictory expectation in their lifetime, which have yet to appear. This seems evident that the many who spent their lives preparing for this great event, without ever seeing or experiencing it, has wasted an entire lifetime.

Where is the truth, and the evidence of the ways of our God? What is his purpose for creating us, and what is our individual purpose for being here? This is not a call to defy God, or his ways, or even your religion, but it is a call to defy the tradition of accepting without having purpose, or at least understanding some bit of evidence.

The moment you accept the traditional teachings of religion, you immediately wipe out your chances of learning what is truth, and what is your purpose and position in the here and now. The moment you accept one religion, or even one denomination of a religion as absolute, without evidential knowledge and purpose, you have abandon God for a form of godliness, that may be denying the real truth and knowledge of life.

In this book, DARE TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE, new evidence is set forth to prove God, self, and purpose. It opens the door and allows the mind to venture beyond tradition, and witness evidence that cancels out much of our old tradition. While reading this book, you will come to see that this is something that you have always known, but for some reason have failed to think about and apply. The reason for this is fear. Even now, as you read this, you fear to believe it, although your heart knows that it is truth.

Understand that fear is simply the emotion of ignorance. No one fears what he knows: we fear what we don’t know. If we fear to change, or even examine what we have accepted as life, it is because we don’t know what we have accepted and is therefore afraid to lose what we now have, by accepting something new that does not appear to be as mysterious and as intriguing as our own unknown; no matter how true the new information is. We are afraid that we may not be able to put the unknown back together after we have dismantled it.

We do not fear evidence, because we can see it clearly. We are confident that we can always go back to it at a later date.

Unlike the traditional western way of urging one to accept without evidence or purpose, this book offers these truths in ways that we are familiar with. As simple as you can associate ‘down" with gravity, you will be able to associate the points in this book with your life experiences.

So, we’re suggesting that you set your traditions aside as you read this. Close your rational mind for the moment, and open into a more intuitive, spiritual mind, and you will see the Bible open up to you in a whole new way. We promise that there is nothing heretic about this, but simply a bold examining of truths. If you are not religious, it’s okay, you are still a created being, and you still need the knowledge of why you are here, and what purpose you are here to serve. But moreover, both, religious and non-religious persons have the right to, and should know who they are.

We thank you for purchasing this book, and we are also thankful for the opportunity to bring to you this new, and yet, not so new knowledge that we believe will set you on a new course to freedom and joy, and power in a new life.

    Preface

Why does this keep happening to me? is where the theme for this book is taken. We all notices patterns about ourselves, and about this world that, in most cases, we just can’t put our finger on, or just can’t seem to put it together. But they’re there, and we fear because we know that they (the unwanted things) are coming up again.

Isn’t it obvious that each time you deposit money into a soda machine and press the cola button, you will get a cola? This is saying that each time you do the same thing, you will get the same results. If you don’t change you will continue to get the same results. And again, if you don’t change, it is probably because you don’t think you can change. You have accepted who you think you are as your base creation, and therefore believe you can only build on that; but you cannot change it. And this is because you don’t know who you are.

The truth is, when a person knows that he is a Preacher, he will preach. If he knows that he is a fisherman, he will fish. But when a person does not know who he is, he can only be who someone else makes him to be. Religion, with as wonderful a purpose as man has expected from it, has not really been what it was supposed to be. In the idea of guiding man into a life of worshipping God, it’s results has only taken away the life, freedom, and knowledge of man, and of God. It has made man a product of someone else’s choice, rather than the person who chooses to do this thing by his own knowledge and choice. And in the process of following these sets of rules, man loses all knowledge of who he is, and what his purpose might be. He simply hopes that doing what he is told to do will satisfy God and get him where he is told that he is supposed to go.That doesn’t seem like much of a life to me. Especially since God thought it was so valuable that he would give the life of his only begotten son for us to have it. Then also, it doesn’t seem that the super intelligence of God would consider creating something that is supposed to operate this way. It is known and understood that nothing is created that does not operate in the same manner, or reflect, its creator. An automobile is created to transport our bodies by energy created from gasoline. It is no different than our bodies which were created to transport our minds from energy received from foods. If that is the case, then it is true that we, being created by the Lord God, are created in his image and likeness. And if our Lord does something special, then you were also created to do that special something on earth.Who we are, and what our purpose might be, is brought into an understandable knowledge in this short, easy to read book. It offers us solid ground
