Have you ever had that feeling that something has triggered you to do a major step in your life? Because I had this feeling often and one of the times when had a very deep feeling like that was exactly when I started "Impulse", at that time I did not have a clue what the book will be about, however by putting in the time with passion and patience finally, I have seen one of my dreams becoming reality, namely writing my own book. The most outstanding thing about this book is those over 60 inspirational quotes across all chapters, quotes that are original and will inspire anyone who will read them. That is what Impulse is all about, you will find things like motivation, wisdom, and advice all over the book, with examples from my own life, as well as some of the most successful people worldwide. The book is structured on three main parts with each part having 20 chapters in it. The first part is named unstoppable, the second limitless, and the third forceful. These three parts are organized in the way that makes the most sense for the reader and to impulse it through action to build his/her life from scratch or even overcome possible obstacles inevitable in life.

The purpose of Impulse was to write a book that is easily understandable for the reader without any specific words or any other complicated expressions. The passion expressed in Impulse I did not put anywhere in my life, in any other task, thus if you feel sometimes overwhelmed or confused, do not worry, try to think deeply about what is writing and keep reading because as you go through the book you will understand entire book by taking chapter after chapter. If you decided to read this book, probably your life or your goals in life are not as good as you expect them to be. Yet the book highlight in a very simple way many aspects of life, and how to improve them. The world is changing faster than ever and is a fact, so should you, because otherwise you will be left behind, however, that is why Impulse was written, not to track the changes, or to predict them, rather prepare ourselves for an uncertain future.

The first part of the book is about how to be unstoppable in life, concepts like self-confidence, action, and perseverance are described in depth in this part of the book, showing how to go from an ordinary person to an unstoppable one. The second part of the book highlights the fact that if you want the success of any kind in your life you must become limitless, through daily routines, exercises, and mindfulness everything is possible in life. The third part is forceful, as we all know, you cannot become those mentioned above if you do not put in the work and time, thus being forceful, or how others describe it as ambitious is one of the things needed for your improvement as a human being. Overall Impulse can change your life for the better, all you need to do is to read it fully and carefully without any distraction. Try to understand some of the concepts that are presented within the book, even though they do not make sense for you, just reflect a bit deeper on them and finally, you will get the clue why is that way.
