He embarked on a real estate investment endeavor with minimal resources and was able to purchase a 30 unit apartment building with guidance from his partner/mentor.
This eBook outlines how to purchase seller financed properties using very little of your own cash. His mentor and business partner practices this philosophy and walked him through the process. Along the way, they were able to put their heads together to streamline some processes using Jordan’s programming background and his mentor’s industry knowledge. They have been able to employ this process to buy two apartment complexes. It works; it works well.
