About this ebook

This book allows Christians to reestablish a connection to the divine feminine without compromising their faith. Mary Magdalene understood the deeper teachings of Jesus and kept them alive, teachings that are needed in today's world. To understand this higher truth takes an expansion of consciousness to connect with the universe through the heart, not the mind. Condemned to be removed from Christianity by the church, her salvation comes from those who seek the scope of her gnosis (knowledge) and wisdom (Sophia) to obtain enlightenment.

Readers will discover Mary Magdalene's place in the heart of Jesus and in turn help her to finally take her rightful place in history.

    Preface

Book three of the Mother Mary series changes direction and discusses the divine feminine and its connection to Mother Mary, but most importantly to another well-known and especially important Mary in Biblical History, Mary Magdalene. It brings Christians to reestablish a connection to the divine feminine without compromising their faith.

You will receive greater knowledge from the research that gives an understanding Mary Magdalene, her ministry, her leadership, her role in the early church, and even her relationship with Jesus. Find out why the Gospel of Mary, her story, her character, and her role was downplayed in history, throughout time, and in the Bible.

At the end of this book, you will discover her place in the heart of Jesus and in turn help her to finally take her rightful place in history, the Bible, and the church.

    The Introduction

Book three of this series is concerning the divine feminine; what it is, how we can access it, and why it is more important now more than ever. It gives the relation between the divine feminine and Mother Mary and goes into a deep study of Mary Magdalene, how she relates to the divine feminine, her place in history, in the Christian faith, her leadership and relevance to women in ministry today, and her relationship to Jesus.

You will learn the impact of the reformation and how during that specific era women were accused of being witches for simply using their God-given intuition, and how their persecution buried the divine feminine with it. This information will show you that this deeply affected women throughout history and is still affecting us today.

Throughout the pages of this book, you will see the correlation between the Goddess Sophia – Wisdom, and Mary Magdalene. You will also gain knowledge of Mary from the Synoptic and Gnostic Gospels. You will gain knowledge and understanding of the teachings of Gnosticism. You will read theories and information from sacred texts about her connection to the Holy Grail, the Royal Bloodline, the alabaster jar, and Martha and Lazarus (Mary of Bethany).

This is not the first book written where the focus is on Mary Magdalene, but it should give you more insight, thoughts, combined theories, and will leave you thinking and coming up with your own conclusions as to whom she really was. For instance, was she the woman with the alabaster jar? Was she the wife of Jesus and did they have any children? Is she Mary of Bethany, Martha and Lazarus’ sister? Was she at the Last Supper and weeping at the feet of Jesus as He hung on the cross?

There are many things that we know from reading the New Testament and the Synoptic Gospels, but how many of you have read the Gnostic Gospels? How many of you know that Mary Magdalene has her own Gospel, the Gospel of Mary? Is she the beloved companion of Jesus and if so, could it have been her who actually wrote the Book of John?

This book is not written to bring you any conflict in what you believe, but it is to make you think. There are more books that were left out of the Bible that we use today. Remember that a man but together what we call the Canon. If you read more of the sacred texts that are left out, do you get a bigger picture of what actually happened over 2000 years ago? Do you see anything different in the start of the Christian church and the leadership roles of the disciples who became the apostles? Were women always a vital role in leading the people to Christ, but suppressed through the centuries because the powers that be didn’t want women to be seen as having that much authority?

The hope is that you will come to your own answers to these questions by following Mary Magdalene’s life and ministry. Open your hearts and minds seeing who she really was and grow closer to her ministry and femininity.

    Who is Mary Magdalene?

Mary Magdalene, also called Mary of Magdala, was from a village on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. She is revered in Christianity as the Apostle of Apostles by the early church. The first reason is because she was the first to break the news of the resurrection of Jesus to the disciples. Jesus Himself commissioned her. The second reason is because of her understanding of Jesus’ teachings being greater than the understanding that the twelve men disciples He had. Some believe that this status derived from the intimacy of her relationship with Him.

However, there are some church authorities that have considered her a dangerous woman. They labeled her a prostitute and covered up her role in the church and in Jesus’ life. They consider her a threat because she teaches individuals how to connect directly to the Divine without using priests and donations, but rather by activating symbols and using spiritual techniques.

Throughout the 2000 years since Jesus died on the cross, Mary has been called a sex worker, saint, sinner, witness, and wife. The label of prostitute came from Pope Gregory I who first called her a sinful woman in 591 AD. This idea is
