    Introductory Prayer & Blessing

    New Shema Prayer & Blessing

God please bring us out of the house of bondage where we are slaves to the ego and free us, awakening our soul and spirit, our spiritual consciousness and existence.

God let us see that you are one, both the producer and actor in life and let us become one with you.

God show us that you are the bringer but grant us the strength to join you in life and be the bringer as well, becoming a creator of goodness.

God let us begin to feel like you, think like you and act like you pulling you close to us, loving you with all our heart, soul, and might- body, mind, and spirit.

God let us fear disappointing you and fear not acting the way you love and treat others and fear breaking restraints of hate.

God let us serve you by making others happy so you may delight in their happiness.

God let us cleave to you and maintain the connection of love that we establish through loving you and loving others.

God let us swear to you and promise to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.

God let us walk in your ways and let us emulate and copy your desires, thoughts, feelings, actions, and restraints.

God first let us love you and pull you towards us, then cleave to you holding our connection of love close to us then finally walk with you and enter your soul and spirit, no longer cleaving but becoming one with you attaining your qualities first loving, then cleaving, and finally becoming like you.

God let us hallow you, value you highly, in fact highest of all and your wonderful qualities.

God let us meditate and scan ourselves from head to toe searching all desires, thoughts, feelings, actions, and restraints of your qualities within us and practice communication with you, identifying our flaws and strengths.

God let us learn and teach your desires and qualities that we may exchange our desires and qualities for yours.

God let us control our thoughts, that we may think of you and your qualities before we act.

God let us control our emotions that we may turn anger into patience and not dwell on sad but turn to glad.

God let us make borders and boundaries between egoism and altruism, selfishness and selflessness, good and bad.

God let us control our actions and restraints that we may sense the opportunities to do good deeds throughout our day.

God let us categorize your most important qualities to prepare our memory for our day ahead.

God let us retrieve these memories of your most holy and valuable qualities of altruism and selflessness.

God let us be courageous and remember that you are always with us which rids fear itself.

God let us become fulfilled with joy and help fulfill others creating satisfaction.

God let us ideally interact with others and avoid harsh interactions promoting love and avoiding hate.

Book 1 Light of the Torah

    Chapter 1

Hello, welcome to the 7 episode video series called the Light of the Torah. My name is Jason Fox and I’m a kabbalist. So the question is, What is a kabbalist? A kabbalist is someone who studies the essence of Judaism. Kabbalists believe that the bible is written in a secret code and can be looked at in metaphors as a tree where there is a root and branch that make up the language of metaphors.

For instance in the physical world light alludes to the light from the sun that enters through our eyes and gives color to the world. This is the branch form of the word light. The root form of the word light metaphorically refers to wisdom, a light that illuminates the mind and soul and grows a persons degree of altruism, joy, and love.

This is going to be a 30 minute short video series called the Light of the Torah and is based on the teachings of a particular lineage of kabbalists and is based on 3 contemporary kabbalistic schools, the teachings of Daniel matt, kabbalah centre, and bnei baruch… I hope you enjoy the series.

So.. according to the kabbalist Daniel Matt, every story, and every law in the torah is telling not only about what happens on earth but about Gods inner being, His qualities.

There are 613 laws or qualities that can be found in the torah. It’s a form of greed to want to know all 613 laws or qualities that make up gods inner being but studying and applying some of them, as a practictioner can move a person from egoism to altruism and can help a person emulate gods inner being.

When reading the Torah it is easy to want to interpret it literally but according to the kabbalistic sages there is a deeper figurative meaning. It talks about houses, gates, widows, fortresses, children, the heart, Israel, Egypt, neighbours, and strangers.

It is difficult not to interpret these words literally because this is what we are accustomed to doing. But many of the words found in the Torah are code words and do have a root and branch, a physical meaning and a spiritual meaning or essence. Hope you enjoyed the episode and hope to see you again next time. Bye.

    Chapter 2

Welcome to The Light of the Torah Episode 2. Today I’m going to be talking about the meaning of the word Kabbalah. In Hebrew Kabbalah means receiving or reception. The science of Kabbalah teaches a person how to receive stimuli in our environment. We all receive stimuli; in fact all we do is receive stimuli. Kabbalah teaches how to receive the stimuli in a particular way, the proper means of reception. But before we learn the way of reception we need to know what we are made of.

In life there are two general forces that exist in our lives. The force of reception (receiving) and the force of bestowal (giving). The stimuli in our environment possesses the force of giving and we possess the force of receiving the stimuli.

We are basically a large receiver with generally five different kinds of receivers, which are the five senses that receive stimuli from our environment. There are generally five sources of stimuli that we receive. Through our 5 senses we receive light from the sun through our eyes by a process called vision. We receive sound through our ears by a process called audition. We receive scents or smells, through our nose by a process called olfaction. We receive flavors or tastes; sweet, sour, bitter, salty, or unami; through our tongue by a process called gustation. We receive pressure or heat through our skin which is by a process called somatosensation (touch).

These general five sources of stimuli- light, sound, smell, taste, & touch get processed and interpreted through our brain by a program and operating system called egoism. Egoism is simply self-concern or self-interest. We undergo a calculation of minimizing effort, avoiding pain, and maximizing pleasure and enjoyment. This sounds like an awesome calculation full of enjoyment but the type of enjoyment is fleeting and transient creating a limited reality.

There is a way to avoid this program and to change ones inner programming by acquiring an additional sense which we will talk about in the next episode. Hope you enjoyed the episode and I look forward to seeing you next time.

    Chapter 3

Welcome to Light of the Torah Episode 3. Today I’m going to be talking about the torah and its meaning as well and how the torah can help us acquire an additional sense in order to change our inner programming. The word torah means instruction, the torah is the five books of moses which are genesis, exodus, Leviticus, numbers, and Deuteronomy.

The mosaic law also called the laws of moses (613 laws) can be found throughout these five books. According to the kabbalists the torah is an instruction book for a way of life, and a blueprint of an ideal reality. The torah is the first of three parts of the holy scriptures, bible, or old testament. Some biblical scholars believe it was written 600 bce however Moses, the believed traditional author of the torah lived 800 years earlier from 1400 to 1200 bce.

Within the torah one of the laws requires us to create and develop a 6th sense and begin to receive the spiritual light of wisdom to nourish and grow our soul. This 6th sense perceives the potential darkness that exists and senses how to fill the darkness with light. This sense or sensor is to be used while navigating through our daily lives directing us towards spiritual growth and ascension.

The law that commands us to create a 6th sense can be found in Deuteronomy 6:9 which is the 5th book of Moses. It reads, And thou shalt write them upon the door-posts of thy house, and upon thy gates. Them is referring to the 613 commandments or commanded words and sentences God gave to Moses to give to His people.

Remember that according to the kabbalistic sages the holy Torah is written with code words that speak of the literal but mean the allegorical or metaphorical. In this commandment or law there are really four code words that have both a root and branch. The four code words are write, door-posts, house, and gates.

This commandment appears to speak about a person’s physical house with a gate on the yard and a door to enter the house. It appears that it is telling a person to literally write the commandments on the doors of the house as a memento to remember God’s commandments as they move from room to room in one’s house.

The Kabbalists view this house inwardly as opposed to the physical outward interpretation that it appears to take on. In kabbalah a house is a person’s body and every body has gates and doorposts covering the entire surface area of the body. A gate is an opening for stimuli to enter such as an eye, ear, nose, mouth, and skin. A doorpost is a sensor for stimuli to be sensed such as an eardrum in the ear, a retina in the eye, a taste bud in the mouth, a nerve ending in the skin, or an olfactory cell in the nose.

To write God’s commandments upon the door-posts of a person’s house and upon gates is to create a 6th sense to receive the 5 different sources of stimuli altruistically instead of egoistically and to allow spiritual light to enter where there is potential darkness. To write is to memorize or remember and be able to retrieve the commandments from memory. One must stay alert in order to stay spiritually alive as you open new doors, meaning constantly receiving new and different stimuli throughout one’s daily life.

These 5 sources of stimuli combine to form life’s events and situations in our lives and we have to affix a mezuzah or the 6th sense on our senses and detect the spiritual laws that are exerted on us matching them with altruistic spiritual intentions. This matching allows one to resemble God’s inner being and receive the spiritual light of wisdom. It is called receiving darkness and egoism when a person does not affix the mezuzah and receiving light and altruism when a person affixes a mezuzah on the five senses.

With this 6th sense we can stop acting reactively like an animal or a robot and rise to a higher level and act proactively on the level of the human. Many of us already have a sixth sense and perform acts of loving kindness but there is always room for improvement and strengthening our sixth sense allowing more spiritual light to enter and increasing love and peace in the world.

An example of using the 6th sense and receiving darkness or receiving light is a desire to degrade another person. You have two options or paths that you can take with this desire. If you choose to degrade another person you choose to react, receiving darkness and egoism. But if you use the 6th sense and choose to refrain from degrading another person you act proactively choosing to receive light and altruism. Thanks for listening and I’ll see you again next time. Bye.

    Chapter 4

Welcome to Light of the Torah Episode 4. Today’s topic is going to be about the location of the 6th sense. Throughout the evolution of life, life forms developed three brains. Some neuroscientists consider humans to have three brains which is called the triune brain.

Throughout evolution, life began with the first brain called the reptilian brain which developed in reptiles and early life forms. The next brain that developed was the paleomammalian brain that developed in mammals, which was a more evolved brain. The third brain that developed is the neomammalian brain or the neocortex that developed in humans.

A particular area in the neocortex or neomammalian brain is where the 6th sense is located. This particular area or lobe where the 6th sense can be found is called the frontal lobe. This is the front area of the brain. This remarkable achievement in the evolution of life gives us introspection, the ability to examine our own thoughts and feelings. It allows us to become the cause of a situation by being proactive and allows us to no longer be the effect of a situation reacting like animals or robots.

There are really four commandments that make up the use of the 6th sense. Rabbi Eisenberg says that a person who has teffilin on his head and arms, fringes on his garments, and a mezuzah on his doorway will commit no transgressions, since these reminders are like guardian angels saving a person from sin.

These four spiritual forces combine together to make up the 6th sense allowing a person to analyze and examine one’s thoughts and feelings and to sense and let in the light and rid the darkness. Thanks for listening and hope you enjoyed the episode. Bye.

    Chapter 5

Welcome to the Light of the Torah Episode 5. Today I’m going to be talking about why Kabbalah is not a religion and why it is considered to be a science and also a way of life. A Kabbalist by the name of Tony Kosinec says that, Religion is a phenomenon of disconnection from the Upper Force (God). The upper force simply refers to God.

There are 613 laws also called forces that combine together to form the upper force also called God or the force or quality of altruism. These laws are called forces because they can cause movement of a person from egoism to altruism or altruism to egoism depending on observance.

It is almost like studying physics for example studying the physical forces in life such as studying gravity and electromagnetism. In kabbalah one studies spiritual forces which the study could almost be called spiritics which would be the study of the spiritual forces such as vengeance, degradation, holding a grudge, talebearing, and the other 613 forces or laws.

Kabbalah predates religion in fact the kabbalists created religion for the purpose of creating a second layer of protection for protecting the soul. One possible etymological explanation or derivation and origin of the word religion could be from the Latin root word lig which means to bind plus the prefix re meaning a second binding or to bind a second time.

There is an essential spiritual binding or connecting of the 613 laws and there is a physical binding of the 613 laws. This is why the kabbalists created religion as a second physical binding to create mementos to not forget the essential meaning of the laws.

This is why Kabblist Kosinec says that religion is a phenomenon of disconnection of the upper force. Throughout time the essential commandments were forgotten and only the physical commandments resided creating a disconnection from God, Godliness, or Gods inner qualities and characteristics. This is why it is possible for a very religious person of any religion to not be such a nice, kind, and humane person because they are focusing on the wrong things.

Many religious people are indeed holy and loving such as jews, Christians, muslims, Taoists, Buddhists, Sikhs, and hindus but it is possible for a very religious person to be disconnected from love, full of hate and anger because they are focusing on the wrong principles.

Kabbalah binds the essential commandments so if Kabbalah had a categorical name it would be called a ligion, meaning a single essential binding, however there is no such word. Religion was created and composed of hundreds of mementos and rituals in order to not forget gods essential commandments so with this purpose religion is just as important as Kabbalah because it offers another layer of protection for the soul by aiding a person’s memory and increasing alertness of the commandments and laws when dealing with life’s daily events and activities.

Kabbalah is called a science because it is a branch of systematic study. If a person applies the observance of a law, the person can test and see how the law changed their lives and other lives. Kabbalists can test the effects of having particular thoughts or performing particular acts of kindness and can gauge the degrees of joy that is received by that thought or act.

If joy is derived from a particular thought or action of altruism than a person will repeat that thought or act to get the same beneficial results. The science of kabbalah is truly a methodology or methodical way of living life. Remember there are only two forces in life receiving and giving. The science of kabbalah teaches a person the way of giving through the methodical metaphorical study of the mosaic law.

Remember its not about only intellectually understanding the laws, but is instead meant for practitioners to be able to be practical and observe and apply these laws in everyday life, increasing the quality of one’s own life and the quality of the life of others. Thanks for listening and hope to see you again next time. Bye.

    Chapter 6

Welcome to Light of the Torah Episode 6. Today the topic is going to be about a spiritual law called equivalence of form also called walking, or emulation.

Kabbalist Laitman said that the wisdom of kabbalah teaches a practical method of attaining the upper world and the source of our existence. By realizing our true purpose in life, man attains perfection, tranquility, unbounded enjoyment, and the ability to transcend the limits of time and space while still living in this world.

The upper force or upper world refers to God, God’s inner qualities, or the qualities of Godliness.  Kabbalist Laitman refers to attaining perfection and tranquility because when a person inherits or begins to attain God’s inner qualities that person can stop making major mistakes because now they are aware of the laws of nature on the human level that was causing most of their suffering and can now experience more tranquility and inner peace.

When attaining the upper world and learning God’s inner qualities a person is granted the ability to transcend time and space while still interacting with people like a normal person in this world. Time can sometimes be no longer felt because a person is now experiencing more joy from altruism which is longer lasting than the fleeting pleasures of egoism.

Time can sometimes fly when a person experiences enjoyment and happiness from altruism. Time is sometimes felt as being very slow, there can be very slow periods of pain when a person experiences too many fleeting pleasures because of the absence of the pleasure that follows in egoism. A person can become numb and feel very low and depressed as a result of experiencing high peaks of fleeting pleasures felt by the desires of egoism.

When studying kabbalah a person still lives or stays in the physical world but now a person moves in spiritual space by moving away from egoism and towards altruism and moving closer to friends in spiritual space because of similarity of form or equivalence of form in qualities and move closer to God as well.

Through this force or law of equivalence of form, emulation, or walking a, a person can gradually attain perfection, tranquility, and unbounded enjoyment. Fleeting pleasures are bounded, they exist and then when they become fulfilled they become extinguished, no longer felt. They are limited unlike the joy felt from altruism that is longer lasting that can be relived and recalled as an enjoyable memory.

The law of equivalence of form is the process of transforming the 613 qualities from their egoistic state to their altruistic state or godly state. Equivalence of form works like this…Two objects in close proximity to one another in the physical world are considered to be close and are measured by distance in inches and feet and objects that are far away from each other are considered to be distant.

Like the distance between my hands. In the spiritual world distance is measured by either similarity of form or disparity of form. If one friend likes to degrade people and another friend despises degradation than those two people are considered distant on that particular quality. If one friend tries to avoid degradation and the other friend always avoids degradation than those two friends are considered close on that particular quality.

If one friend always avoids degradation and another friend always avoids degradation than those two people are bonded, are the same, unified on that particular quality and can be considered best of friends. The same principle applies to God of similarity and disparity of form.

The more commandments one observes the greater the similarity or equivalence of form one comes to God and the fewer commandments one observes the greater the disparity of form occurs and one grows very distant and disconnected from God. Thanks for listening and hope to see you again next time. Bye.

    Chapter 7

Welcome to The Light of the Torah Episode 7.  Today I’m going to be talking about the idolater, idolatry, and the different types of idols.

An idolater in Kabbalah is not another person who worships idols but is an inner aspect within a person. Someone who worships idols could be called an idolater in theory but this is not what the torah is referring to. There are many characters in the torah such as the idolater, prophet, neighbor, stranger, widow and many more.

These are all inner aspects within a person. The purpose of studying kabbalah is to not try and change or transform other people around you but to make an inner self transformation from egoism to altruism and by doing this a person’s inner transformation will positively impact the world. The purpose of the study is to analyze one’s qualities and work on transforming them gradually.

Kabbalist Berg says that Ego, power, money, and a hundred other forces can be our idols in the material world. Anything is an idol if we are enslaved to it and if that slavery prevents us from connecting to the Light. We all have at least one idol, whether we know it or not.

Kabbalist Berg uses the term enslaved to represent our relationship with idols. With idolatry or idol worship we do servile and laborious work for attaining these idols and act like a servant. These idols basically rule over us, control us, and everything we do is for them. It is as if we are in a spiritual state called slavery, being enslaved to these idols. Some of the idols in idolatry are sex, food, sleep, shelter, clothing, money, cars, wealth, power, prestige, honor, fame, respect, control, glory, and knowledge.

Idolatry in essence is the desire to worship idols. A desire is a wanting, longing, or craving for something. There are desires and there are fillings to satisfy the desires. An example of a desire is hunger and the filling is food that satisfies the desire. Desire is like a cup and the filling is like a liquid that fills the cup and fulfills the desire.

The problem with these idols is that they distract us from worshipping the altruistic qualities of God. They distract us from the qualities of compassion, humbleness, love, holiness, selflessness, and forgiveness. Idols are considered to be possessions but in reality they possess and manipulate us.

In order to gain freedom from these idols we need to use our 6th sense and act proactively taking back control of our lives. We should try to desire a direct connection with God and once established, maintain that connection.

These natural desires are not bad. The desires of sex, food, sleep, shelter, clothing, money, cars, wealth, power, prestige, honor, fame, respect, control, glory, and knowledge. In fact these desires are necessary to sustain life. We need to eat, sleep, have sex, a family, shelter, clothing, money and knowledge in order to live a happy and healthy life. The problem occurs when these desires become idols and we begin to worship them, placing them in front of the altruistic qualities of God.

Idolatry is also an abuse of fleeting pleasures. Usually after a fleeting pleasure is felt, fulfilled and extinguished, a person wants more and more and is never really satisfied. Worshipping God or God’s inner altruistic qualities is full of longer lasting more satisfying pleasures called joy causing more happiness in a person’s life.

There are also idols in society, people that we look up too. We should try not to worship the people in society but instead look up to the good qualities they possess.

Thanks again for listening and I hope you enjoyed this short video series. Bye.

    Book 2 Advanced Mosaic Law

    Chapter 1

Moses was one of the greatest prophets to ever live. He gave us the laws of nature that work in the human environment above the level of the animal. He received 613 laws from God that when observed enables humanity men and women to emulate the quality of altruism and selflessness which is the quality of God. Moses gave us an ideal way of interacting with one another with love, and kindness, and a way to avoid acting like predatory wild animals with hate and domination. Observing these laws on the human level allows us to sore and rise to great heights in the clouds above the mountain tops to the heavens. Join me as we reveal some of these secret and sacred laws and see God through the eyes of Moses.

    Chapter 2

There is a vital commandment found in Exodus 20:12 that has a great hidden meaning. A root and branch. This commandment is thou shalt not murder.

Kabbalist berg demystifies the root meaning and explains that, in a deeper sense, murder does not refer exclusively to cold-blooded killing. We commit murder when we publicly or privately disgrace or humiliate others, causing the blood to rush to their faces in embarrassment. The kabbalists tell us that we can either kill someone physically or kill them emotionally and spiritually. We can assassinate a person’s body and we can also assassinate a person’s character. We can destroy someone’s relationships and we can also ruin their livelihood. Although we may perceive people to be strong, they are actually very fragile, thus we must be ever-conscious of the ways that we may be harming those around us.

So basically what Kabbalist berg is saying is that Murder on the branch level is when we take a person’s physical life away. Murder on the root level is when we extinguish a person’s soul, disabling their 6th sense allowing darkness to enter. This causes them to remove love in their lives and allow hate to enter, forcing them to give into wrath and seek revenge on the murderer.

    Chapter 3

There is an honest commandment found in the Torah, in the book of Numbers Chapter 5:7 which is the law of confession. In many religions and cultures it is important to confess one’s sins with either a rabbi, priest, or a friend. In Kabbalah confession is not about uttering words from the mouth but is about making a confession of the heart. A confession doesn’t take place in the physical world but is in the realm of the spiritual, the realm of intentions. In kabbalah it doesn’t matter if you say the confession out loud or in your mind but what is important is the inner acknowledgment of a sin, flaw, or wrong. Sin in kabbalah is distance from God or the qualities of Godliness. So a true confession is to feel the sin, feel the distance from God and admit to self of a mistake or flaw within an individual.

    Chapter 4

There is a reviving commandment found in the Torah, in the book of Numbers Chapter 5:7 which is the law of restitution. Once a person acknowledges a sin or flaw within a person the next step is to make restitution and to restore balance in a person’s life and return back to the state of adhesion with God where one removes the distance and becomes closely bonded. One either makes restitution by remembering a previous state of altruism in opposition to the sin made or learns about an altruistic quality that can counteract one’s current egoistic quality. Restitution truly restores balance in a person’s life and follows after an inner confession takes place or inner acknowledgment of a sin and brings a person back to God.

    Chapter 5

There is an attractive commandment found in the Torah called the law of love. In the Torah there are three laws dealing with Love. Loving God, loving the neighbour, and loving the stranger. So what is love? We often think of love between two people in this world with the closeness of bodies. People spending a lot of time together and being close physically. True love doesn’t happen in this world. It happens above time and space.  Two people can be physically close and spend a lot of time together and still not fall in love. True love happens in the upper world. Love is a pulling force, an affinity and hate is a pushing force, a force of repulsion. In the spiritual world two people fall in love by similar interest. Two people form love by pulling each other close to one another in interests and qualities. If one person loves sports and the other person hates sports, than that couple hate each other on that particular interest. If one person loves sports and the other person loves sports they are bonded and love each other based on that interest. The more similar interests and qualities two people have the greater the love between them. So true love happens by pulling one another, closer to each other with similar interests and qualities. This is how a person loves God as well, by God pulling a person closer to Him.

    Chapter 6

There is a commandment found in the Torah about anger and wrath and how to combat it, the anti-wrath law. This law can be found in Numbers 18:5 and reads, And ye shall keep the charge of the holy things, and the charge of the altar, that there be wrath no more upon the children of Israel. A person can build up an immunity to wrath by beginning to attain a particular quality called patience. The altar is the frontal lobe, the 6th sense, where we place our thoughts. To maintain the charge of the altar is to maintain an immunity to wrath in our thoughts and make new webs of connecting thoughts of patience and break or disconnect old webs of connecting thoughts of wrath. Theres a law in neuroscience that thoughts or neurons that fire together wire together and thoughts that stop firing together no longer are wired together. Basically the more you practice thinking something the easier it is and the stronger the wiring. The more you practice restraining thoughts the weaker the wiring and the easier it becomes to restrain thoughts for example thoughts of wrath. When a person gives into wrath they break the charge of the holy things and lose the quality of holiness. The altar is a place where religious rites are performed and sacrifices are made. In Hebrew this place is called the Bema where the Torah reading takes place. This Bema or altar is actually part of the 6th sense and is located in the very front area of the frontal lobe in an area called the prefrontal cortex. The altar is where a person’s working memory is found, the seat of thought. The prefrontal cortex allows us to use our working memory, the ability to hold a thought or information for a  given time in the mind, to reach a decision or action. The altar, bema, or prefrontal cortex is where we think about acting with wrath or holding out and not giving into wrath act with patience. Hope you enjoyed the video and I’ll see you next time. Bye.

    Chapter 7

There are laws that can be found in the Torah of virtue and spiritual warmth. These two laws can be found in Leviticus 19:27 and reads, Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt though mar the corners of thy beard. It is said that a person’s strength is found in his hair. There is a character in the bible, one of the last judges in the book of judges called Samson who had incredible strength because of his uncut hair. Hair’s main purpose and essence is to provide the body with heat insulation keeping a person warm. Rabbi Eisenberg says that the sages of the Talmud termed the beard, The Glory of the face. Hair on the face which makes up the beard spiritually represents and is symbolic of spiritual warmth. The beard represents warmth, amiability or friendliness, loving kindness, and gives off a warm impression. A person with a beard can sometimes give off these impressions of being warm, kind, loving, and have an aura of friendliness. Hair is also symbolic to virility and virtue. When a person grows out their hair, they are growing out their virtue and becoming more virtuous. If a person shaves their head they are spiritually removing their virtue. If a person grows out their beard they are growing a warm aura or presence and growing out their amiability. When a person shaves their beard they are spiritually removing their spiritual warmth and friendliness. It is possible for a person to be virtuous and amiable with cutting their hair or shaving their beard or not having any hair at all. But spiritually, this is what the Torah is talking about when it commands a person to not shave their beard or head. To not remove virtue, warmth, amiability, and a friendly aura, impression, and personality and to maintain warmth, kindness, and friendliness towards others. Hope you enjoyed the videos. Bye.

    Book 3 Hidden Perils

    Chapter 1

Hey Guys, it’s Jason Fox here and today I want to talk about precaution, safety, and hidden perils while climbing the ladder. It is important to avoid stumbling blocks, to avoid cursing the deaf, and to fear God which are three rungs on Jacob’s Ladder found in Leviticus 19:14 and reads, Thou shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling-block before the blind, but thou shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD. It is also important to build a parapet for the roof of your house which is another rung on Jacob’s Ladder found in Deuteronomy 22:8, When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a parapet for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thy house, if any man fall from thence.

These 4 precautious rungs should be carefully climbed in order to avoid trouble, danger, and peril. Stumbling Blocks have to do with spiritual vision and recognition, to take notice of and identify particularly triggers in one’s life that can cause a spiritual fall, trip, or loss. A person who cannot recognize and identify stumbling-blocks is spiritually blind and cannot foresee oncoming dangers. This is why it is good to practice recognition and recognize hidden perils.

Cursing the Deaf has to do with spiritual communication, and to take notice of conversations both of what is being spoken and what is being heard. A person who is unaware of what is being heard can be called spiritually deaf and a person who is unaware of what is being spoken can be called spiritually mute. Practicing and improving communication can make the deaf hear again and the mute talk again. Practicing communication can also break the curse or negativity on a person when they talk and listen in a conversation. With skilled communication they can now avoid insulting others and are now able to take hints or advice from others if they are poorly communicating.

Fear has to do with spiritual orientation and to be cautious of one’s own desires, thoughts, emotions or feelings, actions, and restraints. A person who is fearless can be considered spiritually numb, lacking feelings towards others. They lack spiritual orientation and are unable to feel their way around in spiritual reality. One should fear hurting other’s feelings and hurting God’s feelings. Practicing fear can make a person feel caution and care again making a person more oriented. Practicing fear, more accurately caution really, not being terribly afraid, one can make the numb feel again and have more empathy for others.

Once you gain great recognition avoiding stumbling blocks, communication skills avoid cursing the deaf, and orientation fearing God, now one can build a parapet on one’s roof of one’s house. A parapet is a low protective wall along the edge of a roof on one’s house built to avoid falling off the roof. A roof parapet has to do with spiritual perception. Once a person gains a great height of perception and can now perceive the totality of reality, one must try their best not to lose this great perception and fall off the roof. A person who has reached great heights but begins to lose perception can be called spiritually dizzy or unbalanced and in danger of falling to a limited perception. They can easily lose a grip of spiritual reality and fall to physical reality once again. Practicing perception can make the dizzy, confused, and unbalanced, clear headed again and focused, perceiving the totality of reality once again. Reviewing the basic precepts of spirituality can strengthen a person’s perception if was lost. Okay guys that was 4 rungs on Jacob’s Ladder that deals with precaution
