As children we're all fascinated with superheroes. Perhaps its because of their supernatural abilites, or maybe deep down inside we know that we are more like them than we realize. However, somewhere between using towels as capes and washing those very towels on laundry day we manage to give up on mastering our super hero abilities.

Superhero Within Me takes us through young Isabella's journey of her childhood dreams and moments of daydreaming to be just like UNI her favorite superhero. We follow her through the years. She is now grown up and realized that her dreams were closer that she had ever imagined. Dive in if you dare and lets find the superhero within!

Sandhyia Gosine

Sandhyia Gosine, who is known to family and friends as “Sandy” was born in the island of Trinidad and migrated along with her family, to the United States at an early age. The young poet began writing and using her work as a diary. She has now decided to share her inner most thoughts with us. Sandy is currently pursuing a Forensic Science degree with the intent of helping those who cannot be heard. She has chosen the title “A Walk through Life” because, she believes “while we’re walking through this journey that we‘re all traveling we learn the most valuable lessons which somehow prepare us for the milestones which are yet to come”.
