Quintessence - Shanquea Monchelle
Welcome
There are pathways to different emotions. Specifically, there are frisson pathways that lead to pain and pleasure. Some of us will decide to walk away from painful, toxic, paths in order to find a sense of pleasure. We’ll give up the entire world to feel loved, desired, or safe in someone’s inviting arms. Even if it’s just for a moment. It’s so good that nothing else matters but pleasure cries and showers of love. I have felt extremely sexy and desired because someone chose to enter my queendom. Completely aware that whoever enters will forever have a piece of me. After we’re beckoned to come down the path of pleasure, the rain subsides, and we’re now strangers preparing to go our separate paths. So, we go, and his fingers brushed against mine as we bid farewell and tell each other how intoxicating and satisfying the other was. Eventually, I walk and after a few twists and turns feel a tug. All of a sudden, I no longer can move forward and stop midstride. Could it be that my suitor fell in love with the heat between my legs, intellect, and essence?! Is this a figment of love? Or is it a mere facade designed to escape what we both know as reality? Nevertheless, we’re here, under the moonlight aching, craving, sweating with infatuation. Longing for that precedent pleasure so we can escape what we both know as reality. Utterly confusing each other because we know that time stands still for no one. Somewhere out there our lives are carrying on without us of course and we both must return to play our given roles. So, who makes the first move? Is it mwah who feels this intensity whenever he glances my way or him who has never felt anything as imperial and puissant as what’s between my thighs? Maybe no one has to. Maybe the heavens could part and we live here forever in this dark and desolate place. Feeling...discovering...devouring each other like a thief in the night.
