After 11 years as a clinical research project manager for an international division of a medical device manufacturer, she rediscovered her passion for embodied learning paths and leading adults through significant life transitions. She is an RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher certified through Yoga North Duluth and a certified Performance Engineer with The Medici Group. This is her first book.
