What is Clean Eating?
The most important aspect of clean eating is eating food that is in its natural state. Clean eating is NOT dieting. Let me repeat…Clean eating is not being on a diet! It is more of a lifestyle choice. Clean eating takes on a different preparation of food and an improved style of eating healthy. And getting there is an easy step by step process.

A lot of people who want to lose weight
or eat healthy
either eat significantly less, count calories, or diet. Eating less is not always a good thing though. Starving yourself or consuming only a small amount of calories to lose weight is very unhealthy because your stomach starts to wonder when it is going to get its next meal and so stores fat ‘just in case’. You can imagine that this is counterproductive when you are trying to be healthy or lose weight!
Clean eating and daily exercise is a much healthier choice. So, eat three decent sized meals and two small snacks each day. Each meal should include a lean protein, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a complex carbohydrate. By sticking to this routine, your body will stay energized and will keep burning calories all day long. This is much better than starving your stomach and then end up breaking your diet
because you do not feel satisfied. That just becomes a vicious cycle, because your body needs nutrition and cannot go a long time without it.
