On the path of deciding their ultimate fate, Ellis Evans, and Alexa Beckman venture down a long, confusing path of unpredictable obstacles to understand and merge each other's pasts. Ellis wishes to uncover his father's secrets that were hidden from him throughout his childhood. Although he is a cross-country athlete, he's not able to run away from the overwhelming truth, as much as he refuses to believe it. Our emotions tend to empower our willingness to understand the truth.

 

While Ellis ventures to uncover secrets about his father growing up, Alexa discloses a past that will derail both their journeys off the tracks into the dark side.
