Business Success Route - Davison Nzembe
Fore Word
A survey that I carried recently in the city of Harare and Gutu town revealed that quite a good number of people are not formally employed and live poorly difficult lives. They have no source of income and just stay hopelessly at their homes waiting for donations from well wishers. During my survey I had interviews with some of these people to find out why they do not engage in self employment and doing simple and small income projects just like what some people in their communities do. Most of the answers I got indicated that mainly emotional hopelessness caused by economic hardships and laziness had made most of them to be satisfied by their current idling situation. For an example some said they did not want to borrow any money to start a small project because they felt the project might not be successful.
I wrote this book with such poor peasant and hopeless citizens in mind and I intend to take them on a different but interesting road to success. The book comprises of a step by step process taking the mindset from the general idling and non business ideology through to building a business intelligent and awareness mindset. I continue to define the Dmaic principle through illustrative and real life business examples to help enlighten the mindset on real business problem solving.
The Dmaic principle exploration that I carry is also suitable for established business people who want to improve their business performance.
This book is good for anyone who wants to understand more about what makes a business and the secret for entrepreneurship success.

Introduction
We are in changing times where we find the natural environment both economically and socially demanding active awareness in order to be able to sail safely in this modern world. The current world order surely demands that both man and women are equally the same in terms of social and economic rights.
At the same time the current situation requires that every individual who wants to experience real life satisfaction and financial freedom be involved in some own kind of financial project even if they might be formally employed. This eventually removes the dependency syndrome which happens to be
