After reading this book, find a business within the industry that is a good fit for you. Get started and don't quit! Think long-term. Think 5-years. If you do what you are doing now for another 5 years, is there any possibility you could be making your annual salary in a month? If not, you owe it to yourself and your family to look at another opportunity. In this industry, in multiple companies, people are doing just that. Not everyone is that successful, but more are beginning to be than ever before. The success stories are rising. The industry has ethical standards. Companies are evaluated and ranked. If one person can do it, it’s possible! (think Roger Bannister’s 4-minute mile). If no one in your current business has made their annual salary from 5 years ago in a month this year, it's not likely to happen anytime soon.
In addition to the insights you can gain by reading this book and understanding opportunities out there, there's also a downside if you don’t.
