Author's Acknowledgements
I would like to express my gratitude to my mum Elizabeth Ogieva who taught me to read at a relatively early age, my late dad Sunday Ogieva who instilled the culture to read – without which I wouldn’t be who I am today – and a pen in my hand and told me to always write whatever come into my mind on a paper as well as my late brother Ken Ogieva who always encouraged me to think differently.
I would like to thank my friend and source for enabling me to publish this book. Above all I want to thank my wife, Zino and the rest of my family, who supported and encouraged me in spite of all the time it took me away from them. It was a long and difficult journey for them.
How can I forget to thank Chris Obanga of blessed memory? Who was the first person to take any of my work through typesetting and have it printed decades ago; that experience gave me that piece ownership. He was a huge fan and an immense encouragement.
Thanks to Genevieve Flight and her team for putting in the Midas touch - without you this book wouldn’t be this good.
Last but not the least, I beg forgiveness of all those who have been with me over the course of the years and whose names I have failed to mention.
Foreword
When I travel around the World to attend Conferences, Meetings, Events or deliver a presentation, I always get to meet people who have succeeded in various life goals. One thing exciting about these class of people is that they are always ready to help others towards achieving their goals and subsequently helping to change the face of the World among all those they come in contact with. This is where Matthew belongs.
———
In this book, Matthew will be taking you through a very comprehensive look into 'Why A Positive Attitude Is All You Need' to succeed exceptionally well in diverse areas of life while passing through the challenges and many lessons that life presents before us.
In essence, it is a reminder that our attitude to everything in general is all related to our psychological, mental, emotional, educational, spiritual and social values which on the other hand are all influenced subconsciously by our beliefs or limiting beliefs.
Matthew also reminded us in this book/ebook about the 12 Key Universal Laws and how deeply our energy vibration and frequency could either be working in harmony or disharmony with these Laws of Nature, thereby shaping our everyday life experiences.
These are some of those hidden mysteries that we need to be mindful of if we do really wish to grow and rise higher above the challenges of this life.
Matthew has done justice to this book/ebook and I am sure you will enjoy reading it from beginning to the end.

Attitude = Altitude
Have you had the opportunity to work with an individual who is gifted, proficient and qualified, but still never appears to excel? A large portion of us have sooner or later. On the other hand, have you met somebody not exactly as gifted, but rather appears to dependably be excelling at all angles?
The contrast between these two kinds is not exactly their intensity of aptitude or information or proficiency. It boils down to one single issue; Attitude.
If you are a Team Leader, a Client Manager or a Support Staff Member, the intensity of achievement you will attain is reliant upon one criterion; your Attitude.
Your disposition - your methodology, perspective or supposition (whichever you lean toward) impacts the way you perceive everything close to you - your part, your undertakings, your objectives, your associates, your present circumstance and your future plans. Basically, your state of mind is an amalgamation of your practices, convictions and sentiments, your encounters, training and identity defines your attitude.
Been privy to this, it turns out to be moderately simple to see why a few individuals are effective and others are definitely not. It has to do with their state of mind and attitude.
Consider what characterizes a positive state of mind in your business:
• A general can do
perspective on your part can take away the difficulties.
• Readiness to go the additional mile to assist a customer or take care of an issue is always helpful.
• Persistence in managing complex problems is important.
• Seeing issues as a way that will help you learn and progress should be welcomed.
• Giving recognition where it is expected, by acknowledging the endeavours of your associates and expressing gratitude toward them openly is ideal.
• Search for opportunities, not crisis.
• Disregard habitual pettiness and simply embark on dealing with the issue.
• Recognize and grasp distinctive perspectives.
• Understand that being correct at other people's expense is not the right way to teamwork.
• Be calm, considerate and practical in the way you deal with problems.
• Although this is one part of the many attributes of an uplifting disposition, you may start to understand that an associate who shows these practices is an unbelievably
