    A Girl With A Career

Who was Claire Blankenkrout? I would describe myself as a petite, average looking twenty - six year old girl who always studied hard and tried her best at school and work. A lot of my work ethic came from my mom.

For as long as I could remember my mother told me that I needed to be able to take care of myself and not depend on a man to take care of me. I embraced her advice and sought after a career in finance. I remember a famous saying that ‘men lie, women lie, but numbers don’t’. I took that saying to heart.

My mother was extremely hardworking. My original father had become abusive so she took my sister and I and moved us across the country.  She then worked while putting herself through school, eventually becoming a successful psychiatrist.

I was immensely proud of my mother and how she was able to overcome her own trauma and help other women with theirs as well. I knew she was always there for me no matter what but I still wanted to make her proud with my accomplishments.

I completed my masters degree and pursued the dream of living in New York city working as a financial analyst at a prestigious wall street firm. I enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city, something I often dreamed of as a teen from a small town and the dating scene wasn’t bad either.

I had my pick of successful men or young aspiring male models. I was not conservative with my desires and so I enjoyed casually dating until I ended up with my current boyfriend and that right there is a whole other story.

    Relationships

On the topic of how I ended up with my current boyfriend I’d have to explain. Remember how my mother told me not to depend on a man for financial security? Well I took that idea and ran with it.

Anytime a guy led with his wallet, I tended to analyze him harshly. Why did he feel the need to tell me how rich he was? Was he compensating for something?

Being the inquisitive and analytical girl that I was, I had to get to the bottom of that question and more times than not I found out that most men with money didn’t have the best male equipment. My mother and I enjoyed a few laughs about this finding and she told me that one day I might find myself willing to settle but she encouraged me to keep on looking. I loved my mother for this. She was my best friend.

So that brings me to my current boyfriend. Well basically he was the hottest guy I could find. I met him three years ago on a dating app where I pick the guy based on his face. I remember taking a screenshot of his face and sending it to my mom. She told me that I hit the jackpot, so I dated him.

First of course I had to know if he was really all of that and more. Boy was he. He was six foot four with a six pack of abs and quite well endowed. At the time he worked as a model. He was also into making music, streaming video games and learning mixed martial arts. I really didn’t care if he made money or not at first because my job gave me an apartment and I made pretty decent money. Oh did I mention that he was twenty years old and I was twenty - three when we met.

Another reason I didn’t care about whether or not he made money was because he was the best lover I ever had in bed. Not because of any foreplay or
