    Preface

This book is meant to convey the reason and subsequent results of God’s ordained testing of all humans. This will answer the cause for the testing, what to be aware of, and how we are to accept the testing duration. There is no heaven on the earth; heaven is for the saved and is yet to be fulfilled in the new heaven on the earth after the millennium.

Jesus will be on the throne with all of the saved through grace humans, men and women. The results of the testing will also be discussed in detail. There will be many examples of God’s people that went through the tests and their results.

The book will also discuss in detail the creation story of the earth, the creation of man, his downfall, and the results of it, as well as the fall of Satan. The perfection of man by our Lord and Savior will also be discussed.

The information in the book will focus on what is to be expected when humans go through testing, trials, tribulations, and temptations.

I dedicate this book to my friend and Savior, Jesus Christ.

    Book Summary

God had a wonderful plan for man from the beginning. However, we believe that Satan threw a wrench into it from the beginning as well. He wanted to remain in power, and then he wanted to take over God’s position. But Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection worked in concert with God’s original plan. Satan hated man from the beginning and still does. You see, Jesus is now the plan’s director and is the King of kings and the Lord of lords of all things; He is in charge.

God has been working on man since the creation of man and woman to make us as He planned from the beginning. He’s continually making changes in our character so that we become the person we should be, so when we’re with Christ, we’ll be qualified to rule, rein, and serve Him.

The information and data that He uses to make the corrections to our character are from the testing, trials, and temptations that we experience. This scenario is continuously being implemented and administered to us for His royal purpose and our gain.

Every one of us has a specification set associated with each of our beings as set forth by Christ that must be met if we’re to rule with Christ on His throne.

When I consider Your [God’s] heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, what is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor.

    — Psalm 8:3-5 (NKJV)

    (hereinafter, brackets are mine)

For this we tell you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left to the coming of the Lord, will in no way precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.

    — 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 (WEB)

We can see by this scripture that only the born-again believers are raptured up into heaven to be with the Lord. If you’re not born again, there is a Salvation Prayer located at the back of this book. To be born again, have a devout Christian, pastor, deacon, or elder lead you through the prayer. Once you have accepted the Lord Savior Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are born again, amen. The Lord Jesus does ask that all believers be baptized. There is information listed at the bottom of the Salvation Prayer section, which is concerning baptism.

Now, let’s take a look at what happens to our bodies after we enter heaven with the Lord. This is what happened to Jesus’s body: After six days, Jesus told the disciples that He was going to die. After Jesus was crucified, buried, and resurrected,

Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain [which was called Mount Tabor], where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them. His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them [and His face shone like the sun, Matthew 17:2]. And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking to Jesus.

    — Mark 9:2-4 (NIV)

St. Matthew addresses the transformation of all born-again Christians as follows: "Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear" (Matthew 13:43, KJV; emphasis added).

St. John says that Jesus was comforting His disciples as follows:

Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also. Where I go, you know, and you know the way.

    — John 14:1-4 (WEB)

Jesus said that He is preparing a place for us; He said that He would come back and receive us to Himself. He went on to say that where He was, we will also be, just as He stated in the previous paragraph. Actually, the next big thing to happen is the rapture of the saints: those who are dead in Christ (1 Thessalonians 4:16) will be raised, and the living Christians will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air and be with Him forever. During this time, the souls and bodies of those who had died in Christ will have their bodies and souls united within a glorified body like Jesus received at the mount of transfiguration. Those of us who remain will not die but will be changed with glorified bodies like Jesus, as well.

During the rapture of the church, all Christians will be brought before the judgment seat of Christ in heaven. There He will reward all Christians based on the work they have accomplished during their life.

At the end of the tribulation period, Jesus will return with the hosts of heaven as well as the church to establish the Messianic kingdom on the earth. His kingdom will be put in place for a thousand-year period, known as the millennium. At this second coming of Christ, the Antichrist (Satan) will be cast into the lake of fire and will be bound for a thousand years.

After the thousand-year period, Satan and his armies will be loosed for a short time to test all those who came into the millennium from the tribulation period. There will be an uprising, and those who will reject Christ and those who died will be resurrected. They will be judged by Christ, and those that rejected Christ will be cast into the lake of fire along with Satan. This is where they will suffer their final and everlasting punishment. But the saved by grace people will rule and reign with Christ forever.

    As John writes:

[Then there will be] a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away. Also, there [will be] no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

    — Revelation 21:1-2 (NKJV)

We are the bride of Christ and will remain with Him for eternity. What a glorious day that will be when our testing, trials, temptations, and the resulting tribulations have manifested in us, and we are worthy of being with the Lord and serve Him!

    Overview

This book is designed to answer the question, why does God allow testing, trials, temptations, and tribulations to happen to all humans?

In the beginning, was the Word [Jesus], and the Word [Jesus] was with God, and the Word [Jesus] was God (John 1:1, KJV). Jesus was the creator, God, who created all things, including all living beings, which includes us. However, He specifically created
