ll of us live in family and depending on the profits we have dissimilar principles of living. We require a variety of type of merchandise and services to please our requirements and wants. Some members in your relations have to work to earn and supply for the needs of the relations. Thus, people engage in dissimilar behaviors which are known as financial behavior. In antique times, people had limited requirements to please. In modern times though, we need a large variety of goods and services to please our needs and to hoist our standard of living.
On the one hand the supply of goods and armed forces has led to a variety of activities. On the other hand, behaviors of diverse types are undertaken by people to earn adequately to fulfill their increasing wants. Thus we find large information of populace occupied in commerce, industry, and profession. Such financial and commerce behavior please a variety of requirements and stress for possessions and services.
Nature of Business
Economic Activity — business is a financial action of production and allocation of goods and services. It offers employment opportunity in dissimilar sectors like, insurance, transport, banking industries, trade etc. it is a financial action corned with formation of utilities for the approval of human wants. It provides a foundation of profits to the civilization. It brings concerning manufacturing and financial growth of the state.
Buying and Selling — the basic action of any commerce is trading. The commerce involves buying of raw material, plants and machinery, banking stationary, possessions etc. On the other hand, it sells the over crop to the customers, wholesaler, seller etc. Business creates obtainable a variety of goods and military to the dissimilar section of the civilization.
Continuous Process — business is not a solitary time action. It is an incessant procedure of manufacture and allocation of goods and services. A single deal of deal cannot be expression as a business. A production should be conduct frequently in order to produce and increase usual returns. Business should incessantly engage in investigate and developmental behavior to gain spirited benefit. An incessant development plan helps to augment productivity of the production firm.
Profit Motive — proceeds is a pointer of achievement and failure of production. It is the dissimilarity between income and operating cost of the business. The main goal of a business is usually to get the highest possible height of profit through the manufacture and sale of goods and services. It is a revisit on investment. Profit acts as a heavy force behind all dealing activities. Profit is required for endurance, growth and growth of the business. It is clear that each business operates to earn income. Business has many goals but income creation is the main objective of each business. It is necessary to generate financial growth.
Risk and Uncertainties — risk is clear as the result of indecision arising on the purposes of the business. Risk is connected by all business. Business is uncovered to
