CHAPTER 1

THEIR DAY IN CHURCH

Stella

Stella Jackson Reese Stone sat in her new home office listening to her family get ready for their day in church. They attended Pearl City Church in Pearl City, Maryland. The family has grown so large they decided to rent the entire church for the event. This angelic family was always in some kind of trouble. They have been in the press so much they have to go to church secretly. This family is so diverse that the members of the church were not invited to this event.

At age 17, Christopher asked his father, Julian Stone, and his stepmother, Stella, if he could be baptized. Naturally, all the other children in the home wanted to do it too. Jena, who is almost 13 years old, is Stella’s biological daughter from her deceased husband, Paul Jackson. Jena, along with Elisa, age 16, and Richie, age 10, Stella’s unofficial niece and nephew; and JJ, age nine, Stella’s unofficial grandson, were miraculously ready to be baptized. Also wanting to be baptized was Tilly, age 16, a lost teenaged victim taken in by the family; Princess Jewel, age 6, Stella’s adopted granddaughter; and Molly, age 5, the newest member to the family.

Stella decided to have baby dedications for all the new babies in the family done on the same day too. There are eighteen month old Devin and Dorrell, her twin grandsons. There is thirteen month old Joshua, Stella’s son from her mortal husband, Leon Reese, and six month old Daniel, her other son from her celestial husband, Julian Stone.

Included in the baby dedication is Carlos age 2. He is the son of the former maid and now nanny, Margarita. Molly is his soon to be adopted sister. Their mother, Margarita, is a devout Catholic. Since she has been living with the angels for so long she decided to let her children participate in this historic moment for the family.

The rest of the family members consists of Stella’s adopted daughter, Kara and her husband David Walker. They are the parents of twin boys, Devin and Dorrell, and the adopted daughter of Princess Jewel. There is Richard and Elizabeth Nottingham, Stella’s adopted sister and brother-in-law. They are the parents of Elisa and Richie.

Fred and Vivian Mills are considered Stella’s adopted parents. Fred is Elizabeth’s biological father from a previous marriage. Vivian is the grandmother of David Walker and Jackie Davis. Elizabeth and Stella consider themselves to be true sisters despite their skin color.

Another member of the family is Jackie Davis. Stella considers Jackie to be her adopted daughter regardless of the fact that she is David’s sister. Jackie is the mother of JJ and currently the girlfriend of Brandon Utopia, a Sephilim angel. Her ex-husband, James Davis, is trying get custody of his son.

Thirteen years earlier, Stella’s first husband, Paul Jackson, died from a tragic accident a few weeks before Jena was born. Years later, Stella drunkenly married her second husband, ex-detective Leon Reese in Las Vegas. Stella’s other current husband is part angel and part human. He is a strong Sephilim warrior angel. His name is Julian Stone. She married him in an angelic ceremony after they conceived their son, Daniel.

This ‘Triangular’ union has been prophesized in a book called, The Sephilim Prophecy. The prophecy states that a powerful Sephilim angel would give birth to two Sephilim brothers. They will go before the Lord and ask to have the Sephilim angel added to the Celestial Order of Angels. The powerful angel prophesied is Stella Jackson Reese Stone.

Stella knew this could never be an ordinary family. It is a family made with love and a touch of angels. Of course, it is hard to comprehend a woman having two husbands and living with both of them, at the same time, and in the same place. Nevertheless, the prophecy will come true. The two husbands use to fight about her all the time. Punches were thrown. However, this is considered a ‘Triangular’ marriage according to a super race of people called Grenglers. Stella has fiery Egyptian Grengler blood. Each one in this union are linked to each other through Stella’s blood. They must continue fighting the battle of good versus evil in the name of God. After she shared her blood with them through the Grengler ritual, the husbands became less violent toward one another.

Sephilim aren’t mentioned in any books of faiths. Many of the Islamic religions believe in angels-Judaism, Christianity and Muslim alike. They may not agree on the various orders, but they do agree there are angels present in our lives on earth. Once again, Sephilim angels are not listed as part of the Christian Celestial Order of Angels.

Messenger Angels communicate messages from God, other angels and man. All they do is send and receive messages. They minister to human needs, but their priority mission is to send and receive messages.

Sephilim are part human and part angel. They are guardians and protectors of humans. So they make mistakes as many humans do. Their purpose is to live on earth and fight evil. This means they fight other evil Sephilim angels, demons and anything else demonic that doesn’t worship God and, or harm His people. They want to be the tenth order.

Sephilim angels interact with the Principalities level of angels. They are responsible for the rise and fall of nations. They are in charge of the battles against heaven and hell. The angels of this realm assist Sephilim angels as they watch over God’s beings.

Sephilim angels can physically interact with their guardian angels. Stella’s guardian angel is appropriately named Guardian because his name is too difficult for people to pronounce. Sephilim can allow humans to see and hear their guardian angels. The guardian angels fly into battle shielding their warriors.

When called, Guardian enjoys appearing as Stella’s favorite television, movie or recording stars. Although she didn’t like it when he appeared as the late comedian Bernie Mac, she loved it when he appeared as the actors Denzel Washington, Christian Bale, Wanda Sykes, Queen Latifah, and Samuel L. Jackson, just to name a few. Sometime he appears as Stella’s favorite R&B Gospel singers, J. Moss or Byron Cage.

Pastor Tim is to oversee the running of this huge baptism event. He knows about the many relationships of this angelic family. The family have been members of his church for several years, long before Stella knew she was a Sephilim angel. Also, he knew there would be a lot of Sephilim angels attending the event. His assistant pastor, Lydia is also Sephilim.

Julian rebuilt the old plantation house where the angels live called Pearl Mansion. He changed it into a castle. He added three new wings to accommodate the huge family of angels and humans. This drew the attention of the media. He acquired many more Sephilim for the upkeep of the Mansion. Billy the cook, as well as Ursula and Margarita were the only mortal employees.

Now, the family has been elevated to celebrity status while they are trying to hide their identities. They are no longer incognito. Julian moved the family to one of his many fortresses for about a year while he worked on upgrading the Mansion and adding three wings. On the day the family returned to the Mansion, their faces were plastered on television. The angels got sloppy in their cleanup efforts. They forgot to wipe a lot of witnesses’ minds and now the witnesses were talking on the news and social media.

Julian and his father, Caelestis, put together a public relations team and the Stone family lawyer, Vincent Steele, handled the crisis. They found a way to discredit a brightly ruined film circulating on social media of Stella, Julian and Stephan confronting an evil Sephilim named Bruno in their corporate office, where Stella is CEO of JMW Enterprise. There is always a bright distracting light in pictures of Sephilim because of their halo. A regular camera will not do. The Stone Organization claimed the film was not authentic. The original cell phone film has been lost (mysteriously erased by Julian).

The film was taken from a cell phone in the main level of the JMW building where Reese and his ex-partner, Barbara King, operate a detective agency known as the Angel Detective Agency. The distorted film showed Julian and Stephan in warrior like clothing along with Stella and a dark winged Sephilim named Bruno. Stephan is romantically involved with Barbara, Christopher’s mortal mother. Bruno is an evil Sephilim angel who dresses like a Mayan King. His body was covered with tattoos and piercings. This dark winged Sephilim wanted to make it known that he is the new player in town. Stella managed to get rid of Jerome Tatani, the evil Sephilim from Sector 7 in the Las Vegas territory. She sent Tatani to the pit before the Pit, a holding place for souls before going to purgatory.

The police in Las Vegas interrogated Stella. They said someone who resembled Stella is the last person seen on the cameras in Tatani’s suite shortly before he went missing. Later, they dismissed her as a suspect. Her halo made it difficult for them to make a positive identification. They began searching for Flash Henderson after a new film surfaced showing him as the last person to be seen with Tatani. Flash is Tatani’s mortal servant.

There has been media coverage of a woman named Serena Denkins. She disappeared and changed her name to Sadie Stone after she was rescued by Stella and Julian in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Her family was murdered by two cousins with first names ‘Corey’ who were possessed by evil demons. Again, Julian is caught on film, but not recognizable as he put Sadie into a Lincoln MKX and drove away. There was too much light for authorities to identify the man inside the car. By the way, Julian killed the two Corey’s with the help of Stella on her first mission.

Stella’s special healing powers healed Sadie of her wounds. Sadie had nowhere else to go and didn’t know how to explain her recovery to her mother, father, and the rest of the world. Because of Stella’s healing power, Sadie is now able to see ghosts and demons as well as other supernatural and preternatural beings. Sadie’s boyfriend, Joe Washington, is one of Julian’s Sephilim warriors.

Caelestis, Julian’s father, along with Julian’s Uncle Bartholomew visits the Mansion regularly. Bartholomew voluntarily took care of the pit before the Pit for the Angel of Death, a.k.a. Hazazel, who is still out running errands. He sent a message to Bartholomew and told him he was running a little late. That was roughly four hundred years ago. Stella devised a plan to trap Tatani in the pit where he would rule the doomed souls until Hazazel returned. The ruler of the pit could volunteer and receive more supernatural abilities, or he could be put there by force from a higher ranking Sephilim and receive no special powers. A Sephilim, dead or alive has to preside in the pit before the Pit which is basically a holding place before the evil dead get sent to hell.

Centuries earlier, a specially made cage was stolen by Tatani, the new keeper of the pit before the Pit. It was rendered useless until Stella brought it back to life. She captured Tatani in it and took him to the pit. He has no other choice but to stay. Once again, the rule is that a Sephilim angel has to be present in the pit by volunteering or by force, dead or alive.

Christopher is the son of Julian and Reese’s ex-partner Barbara King. Barbara lives at the Mansion with her new Sephilim lover, Stephan, an identical twin to Stephanie except he has a bald head. Stephanie fell in love with Reese and they had a very brief affair while Stella was pregnant with Joshua. Stella forgave them and healed Stephanie’s broken heart. Now, Stephanie appears to be love struck with Darius, a use-to-be dark winged Sephilim who repented and switched sides after a large battle in Baltimore.

Tilly is a teenager rescued by the young angels, Jena and Christopher. She is getting baptized too. Christopher and Jena were practicing their angel powers without permission and ended up in a field where a girl was running from a pursuer. The pursuer, a sinister pastor, kidnapped teenaged girls locking them in his basement while he repeatedly raped them. Tilly escaped and ran right into Jena and Christopher. Jena and Christopher’s powers were not strong enough to stop the pastor so Jena called on her new step-grandfather, Caelestis. He intervened and saved the rest of the girls. Apparently, God wanted Jena and Christopher to get caught using their powers even though it led to the capture of the pastor.

They brought Tilly home because she didn’t want to return to her parents. She claimed her parents sold her to the pastor to keep her imprisoned. Her story hasn’t been verified by the angels yet. They’ve been rather busy. In the local news, the parents are still looking for Tilly. She wasn’t found among the ten dead bodies buried around the pastor’s house, nor as one of the five girls found alive inside the house along with a crippled boy.

Betsy Lawrence is one of Stella’s best friends and most beloved employee. At one time they were both at the bottom of the economic ladder. Betsy was homeless and Stella was diving into dumpsters for food. Eventually, Stella confessed to Betsy about the angels.

There is one cat named Elmo and one Rottweiler dog named Daisy. The keeper of the pets is Ursula, the German housekeeper. Ursula has seen some crazy things go on in this family. She and Margarita simply thought the family was crazy. They were finally given an explanation that they were living with angels and saving souls is what the angels do.

Stella finally found her estranged mother, Anna. Anna gave her up when she was an infant. Stella was told so many different stories about why her mother gave her up. She learned that her mother’s sisters had a stronghold over Anna. Anna aided in the death of Stella’s biological father, Riley. Stella visited Riley’s gravesite at Arlington National Cemetery. His spirit told her the truth about Anna and her Egyptian Grengler sisters, Myra and Dayna. Her aunts enjoyed drinking Sephilim blood for a euphoric high. They aren’t the only beings that love Sephilim blood. These two supernatural beings do not worship God or the devil. They managed to piss off Parks, an Irish Grengler, by casting spells and killing his wife. This ultimately led to the death of Stella’s father, Riley. The Irish Grenglers wanted him dead including Anna, because they thought Riley helped murder Park’s wife. Instead, the aunts, Myra and Dayna, died from a deal Stella made with Parks. She swapped her mother’s life for her aunt’s death and sent them to the pit before the Pit.

Stella found Parks a wife who would bear children for him. Her name is Jennifer Hill. Jennifer was mixed up in a cult that murdered many men for a collection of sperm to create female children. At the time, Jennifer couldn’t have children. She was constantly being possessed by demons. Kara and Jennifer met while attending Pearl Community College. They were taking child care courses. They remained friends despite the turmoil Jennifer caused with her cult farm family.

Stella healed Jennifer’s reproductive system and kidnapped her from the mental institution where she resided while she awaited her murder trial. Stella offered Jennifer to Parks. He approved and they were happily married after Stella allowed him to come out of the cage where she held him hostage in order to make the deal. They were married on the same day Julian and Stella tied their celestial knot. Authorities are still looking for Jennifer. Through Stella’s healing, Jennifer is pregnant again. She gave birth to a baby boy and named him Ian. The baby looks like a miniature Parks. Jennifer’s hair is now black instead of blonde to hide her identity. She seems to be euphorically happy.

Stella sat thinking about her eclectic family. She truly loved both her husbands. They were quite different. They decided to share her on a monthly basis. For one month she would bed with Reese and the following month she would bed with Julian. She never grew tired of either one. Julian, the Sephilim angel has a strong sexual appetite. He wants her morning, noon and night, if at all possible or impossible. He never grew tired. Reese, on the other hand, is human. He could have her morning, noon and night or die trying. He would surely die. Julian is more businesslike. Reese is the family man. Julian appears to be in his mid-thirties. He told Stella he was more than two hundred years old. Sephilim simply stop aging and people who are around the angels’ age slowly. Stella suspects Julian is much, much older than he profess. Reese is almost forty seven and still has a body that looks twenty years younger. Of course, Stella continues to heal his body making it difficult for him to age naturally. Also, Stella’s healing power gave Reese special gifts.

Julian is white, has Italian features with sexy brown eyes which will turn blue if he let his emotions get the best of him. His emotions always get the best of him when he is with Stella.

Reese is a handsome black man. He has a slightly lighter complexion than Stella, who is sweet honey brown. Reese has sexy hazel eyes like the actor Terrence Howard. Both husbands are clean shaven. Reese’s hair is cut close to his scalp. Julian will cut his dark hair when it reaches his collar.

Stella was deep in thought about them when Reese knocked lightly on the bedroom door. He asked, Are you ready?

Yes.

They spent an energetic morning in bed. The children left them alone for once. She is spending the month with Reese. Julian is going crazy wanting her. She sneaked out a few times to meet him, but she didn’t feel good about it and he just keeps begging! She decided to tell Reese she is cheating on him with her other husband. How strange does that sound?

She stood up from her chair. Where are the boys?

They’re downstairs driving Julian crazy.

He pulled her to him and gave her a kiss. She hungrily kissed him. He looked deep into her eyes. Wait! You’re getting me excited. I need to build up some energy.

She laughed and took his hand. He led her down the stairs where the rest of the family waited. Ursula entered the large living room and announced the limos have arrived. The children were dressed in their new Sunday church clothes. They were going to take family photos at the church with special Sephilim photographers who filtered out the angel’s bright halo.

Julian finally wore a white suit. He always wore black. He looked exceptionally handsome and Stella knew he would try to get her to come to him when Reese was asleep. He looked scrumptious. Nevertheless, Reese looked equally handsome and sexy. He wore a black suit. Whenever they rode together, Stella would lean against one and hold the other’s hand.

Her sons looked handsome in their white outfits. Joshua looks like Reese and has his light complexion, but he has Stella’s naturally curly hair and the shape of her gorgeous eyes. Daniel looks exactly like his father, Julian. His eyes are brown, his dark hair is straight, and he seems to be a rather calm child. The boys have begun using their supernatural powers unusually early. Joshua knows how to transport him and others to different places inside the Mansion, what the angels call ‘jumping’. Daniel knows how to fly. Recently, he sprouted his little wings and took flight. He almost flew out of an opened window.

The boys were growing up faster than expected with their Sephilim abilities. Julian made sure Daniel wore a suit that would keep his wings from popping out during the ceremony. Joshua would simply put his index finger in his mouth and off he would go which was anywhere Daniel would go. Julian covered Joshua’s hand with a sock and Joshua couldn’t stand it.

Everyone was ready to go and Stella felt so grateful to God for her unique angelic family. Parks and Jennifer arrived at the Mansion with other Irish Grenglers including Shaun. Shaun,
