Bibliography
This book is a compilation of years spent caring for cancer patients and is dedicated to all those whom I have had the privilege and joy to care for.
I would also like to thank Wayne Miller, Carol Gray, Rachelle Smith, and my three boys, Hayden, Peyton, and Keegan, for their support and encouragement. It has been an exciting journey that we all pray will be a blessing to those in need.
