    INTRODUCTION

Walking with God is a study guide that also has a workbook. The study guide may be used by itself or may be purchased with the workbook and used with it. Walking with God is a book that talks about the many different things we face in life, the incidents and things we encounter while we are on this journey walking with God. After we have accepted him as Lord and Savior of our lives, what we need to know is included in the book. The study guide and the workbook Walking with God both help you learn scriptures and remember verses. There are questions you need to fill in after each chapter, and the answers are in the back of the book. Walking with God is a day-to-day experience for born-again believers. Choosing to walk with God is a personal choice that we make as an individual. The Word of God tells us that we cannot serve two masters where we will love one and hate the other. When you are truly walking with God, you love what the Word of God stands for and instructs you to do, which means we no longer want to please the old sinful desires of the old man, your flesh, that wants you to do those things that do not please God. Walking with God is not hard; it is a decision to commit to the will and way of God. Walking with God is loving when you don’t want to love, forgiving when you don’t feel you should forgive. The key to walking with God is knowing that we are not walking alone but knowing that we have God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit walking with us every step of the way. God promised never to leave us alone.

    ACCEPTING JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ has given his life for our sins. He was crucified on the cross for our sins. He was beaten, whipped, and abused, and he suffered not for what he did but for the sins of the world.

To be able to walk with God, we have to believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We have to believe that Jesus died and that on the third day, he rose again. We have to repent for our sins and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of our lives.

If you have already accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life, praise God, you are a born-again child of God. If not, repeat the below prayer and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior.

Father, in Jesus Christ’s name, I am a sinner, and I ask you now for forgiveness. I believe that you, Jesus Christ, died for my sins and that you rose from the dead on the third day. I repent now. Forgive me for all my sins—sins of omission and sins of commission, sins known and sins unknown. I turn from my sins and invite you to come into my heart, mind, and life. I renounce all evil and sin in my life. You said if I confess my sins and be faithful, you would forgive my sins and you would cleanse me of all unrighteousness. I accept you now as Lord and Savior of my life. Thank you, Jesus Christ, for accepting me as your child into the body of Christ. Amen!

Praise God! Heaven is rejoicing! You are a born-again child of God! Email me at belcministries@yahoo.com, website is belcministries.org. I would love to hear that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior!
