About this ebook

January 6, 2021 was a turning point in American history unlike any other including the Civil War. This is because it was the first time that a legitimately elected President (Trump) encouraged an insurrection and coup of another legitimately elected President-Elect (Biden). The fact that thousands of Trump’s supporters actually attempted to disrupt and foil the Constitutionally legal process of confirming the votes and the victory of President -Elect Biden by storming and threatening Congress is a travesty and violation of the U.S. Constitution that must be addressed and commented on. The author believes strongly in the laws and processes that enable democracy to exist and thrive in the United States of America. For without them our country is no more significant or safe and secure than any totalitarian regime that seeks to tyrannize its citizens by military force and terroristic tactics designed to make citizens obey through use of intimidation and genocidal violence. President Biden is faced with a grave and dangerous situation regarding the national security of the United States. For like Lincoln, Biden must acknowledge and take measures against a domestic enemy that is committed to overthrowing the power of the United States Constitution as the legal law of the land. However, Biden’s position, and the position of all other loyal and non-extremist Americans becomes more precarious when one realizes that many of the rioters of January sixth were military veterans, military reservists, police officers, etc., the very people that the citizens of this country rely upon for its internal and national security. In addition to their treason, the rioters also espoused agreement and beliefs of white supremacy, anti-Semitism, misogyny and anti-immigrant violence. These regrettable and insidious beliefs run contrary to the principles of personal freedom, liberty and justice that this country was founded upon, and if they are not exposed for the false and criminal beliefs that they are, then there is a real danger of the United States of America suffering a second Civil War, something that the traitors want to happen. There were two lessons learned from the tragedy of the Civil war, one, is that it had to happen, for slavery simply could not exist in a free and democratic country, two, is that another Civil War must never happen again. We are all Americans first and foremost but domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution must not be allowed to make war against our country, if for no other reason than realizing that the children of our land have a right to grow up free.

    POLITICAL

    AN OPEN LETTER TO THE

    ARMED BLACK MILITANTS

    THAT CALLED FOR THE

    OVERTHROW OF THE

    U.S. GOVERNMENT

Now to you African American brothers I do appeal,

To let go of hatred, to attempt to reveal, What really lies within your stalwart hearts?

Is it vengeance or is it war?

Will you let hate drive us apart?

For if you distrust Washington’s intent,

To prevail over all and not appear bent,

Then I agree with you, injustices have been done,

To the Black people and all people unsung,

Because of their skin color, religion or beliefs,

And yes: all in this country is not what it seems,

For your ancestors were enslaved by the whites,

And their descendants were persecuted and despised,

By hate-filled white bigots spewing hate-filled misery,

Who hated the Black man for now he was free,

And yes, prejudice has victimized you,

Witness Tulsa, Jim Crow and MLK too,

And the Black Panthers and even Black Vietnam Vets,

All who have suffered for injustice’s events,

But is it now time to put away the past?

But I know that you can’t when you see the mass,

Of police shootings of targeted black folk,

And yes, it does seem we have so far to go,

But there are many white Americans that know this is wrong,

And there are many white Americans who seek to resolve,

The end of police violence by holding to task,

The actions of police, the actions that ask,

If that police officer should be allowed to serve?

When they can’t be trusted to ensure?

Correct police procedure and respect of life?

Without racial hatreds and without racial strife?

For I am of Mexican blood and descent,

And I grew up hated by white supremacists,

    Insulted, shamed and picked upon,

Having to fight rather than run,

And I understand your anger and desire,

To pay these bigots back and to aspire,

To live forevermore without looking back,

To live free and powerful, proud to be Black,

But I do beg you to consider how your future shines,

We had a Black President and we will have correct Times,

And because America is one nation under God,

The right spirit will prevail, for many white Americans resolve,

To never repeat the crimes of the past,

By understanding sacred Democracy must last,

For the sake of our children, for the sake of all,

But we all will have nothing if sacred Democracy falls,

So, there will be representation for those that speak up,

For the spirit of our nation will always result,

In seeking the truth, for the truth sets us free,

And the traitors that seek fascism will forever be,

Despised and ostracized by true patriots,

So please do not give in to what fascists want,

They want you to rebel and bring arms against the state,

So, they are justified in perpetuating hate,

They want to bring about a horrid Racial War,

But they do not realize the U.S. government,

Has something for them in store,

It is called the Constitution and the loyal folk who serve,

To protect our sacred rights, even against domestic curs,

And these fascists will never win,

For God is on our side, God is our friend,

So, trust in the Bill of Rights, but trust in God,

For He created Freedom, and He created all,

People to be brothers and sisters upon Earth,

So please do not forsake, the country of your birth…

    ARE CONSERVATIVES

    REALLY HYPOCRITES?

    I.

If you claim to be a conservative,

    Then why do you lie?

    Why do you take drugs?

    Is that why you defy?

The spirit of brotherhood and acceptance?

    When confronted with those?

Who do not share your viewpoints?

    Who are the loyally opposed?

    To your spirit of intolerance,

    As you spout conservative values?

But so many of you watch pornography,

And you kill when given the power,

    To tyrannize the people,

Who do not look like you,

    To defy the front-line workers,

With a dangerous job to do,

    Protecting us all,

    From disease and infection,

    From even your foolish selves,

    And your misguided direction,

You claim your using your rights,

    But anyone can tell,

    You hate how America,

    Is not their prison cell,

    II.

    Could Hatred be your motivation?

    Could it be white supremacy?

You say Make America Great Again,

But all too well you see,

Today America is a free land,

    Not a Nazi hell,

And if you hypocrites have your way,

There will be no way to tell,

Our great land from a prison camp,

    A new Camp Auschwitz,

    Complete with loading ramps,

    To complete your death audits,

As your thugs watch from gun towers,

As your SS men kick in doors,

    As you exercise white power,

    As you become Hitler’s whores,

As you put the black and brown men,

    In their proper place,

And the same goes for the red and yellow,

And all so -called inferior race,

They will watch from behind barbed wire,

As you fire up the ovens,

And your female Psy -Ops officers,

    Will cackle with their covens,

    III.

And you will bring a new spirit,

    Of evil and blood lust,

You will hide behind the fear,

    By establishing mistrust,

Of all who do not follow,

    Your hate filled petty
