I am dedicating this book to a deceased friend, USAF Colonel (Ret.) Moses Stewart, Jr. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in 1978. He proudly and honorably served in the Air Force for thirty-years. He retired in 2008. He passed away in Colorado Springs September20, 2021 and is deeply missed by his family and friends worldwide.

Colonel Stewart always offered his experience and knowledge by assisting enlisted personnel, and other officers. He took genuine pride in honoring military brothers and sisters in all branches of service. He often spoke of the benefits of attending any of the service academies.

PROLOGUE

In the HOLY BIBLE is the Book of JOHN: Chapter 13, Verse 7. "YOU DO NOT REALIZE NOW WHAT I AM DOING, BUT LATER YOU WILL UNDERSTAND"

To establish the book’s tone and to identify my America, I open with this fact. "Freedom is a God given right in the United States". This is contrary to the thoughts of President Joe Biden or the Attorney General Merrick Garland.

This book pinpoints reasons why the Democratic proposed and current changes are unacceptable to the Constitution, and the inalienable rights of multiple-millions of individual Americans. People have the freedom to exercise their rights as they choose.

Also, to earn a living and to keep the fruits of their labor. To own and carry weapons. To act in self-defense. To worship or not to worship. To be tried by jury. To suffer no cruel punishment. AND TO ADDRESS IDEAS THROUGH PRINT. Welcome to my book: AMERICA’S STORY – 2022 MID-TERMS.

The Constitution begins We the people and not with Joe and a few of his Democratic buddies. The Biden Administration is on a course to permanently change America, from the land of the free and the home of the brave. Merrick Garland, mentioned, is one of Biden’s buddies. Garland mismanages laws that go against his beliefs?

Not one, often-elected Democrat in Washington DC talks or writes the ‘whole’ truth. Example: Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary, believes and tells us the southern border is closed. The national liberal media, which slanders the RIGHT, and also reports the same untruth. All are lies and falsehoods.

Republicans didn’t vote for Biden. As a matter of fact, sixty-seven percent of Biden’s voters would like to have a ‘do-over’. So would Marty Walsh, Secretary of Labor. Walsh was blindsided by Biden with issues in America. He was caught completely unprepared

The majority of the other thirty-three percent live in North-East, and along the West Coast. This includes Democratic Governors, the Majority Whip in the Senate and the Speaker of the House.

I acknowledge all Democratic Governors do not hold all of the hatred of Biden’s America. But some agree entirely with Biden’s actions. Governors in Michigan, California, Washington State, Oregon, Hawaii, New York and others fall in line.

AMERICA’S STORY has been researched thoroughly and is written by an eighty-year-old conservative, military retired, military-supportive American residing in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The author and the book have serious concerns for the future based on Biden’s ridiculous path of destruction.

I have asked the question repeatedly to friends pertaining to who is really in charge in the White House. There are various answered given. I don’t think it is Joe Biden. In my opinion, the Chief of Staff Ronald Klain is the acting President. I believe time will tell. One thing I do know is that Joseph Biden is after our rights, our liberties, and he doesn’t want all Americans to succeed.
