BACKGROUND
Much to be said of the wisdom kept and the experience of a life fully lived to the maximum. These writings are offered to you to share some of the guidance and direction earned and learned. This comes to us in the form of the Eastern learning form of Sutras and Kaons. Every day for 300 days, three sutras were written to ensure a diverse and balanced created word effort. It doesn’t do much good to seek the source of these energies as they are everywhere and a mystery. A form of Yoga called Sutras. Eastern and Western cultures practice two distinct forms of medicine. The same is valid for education and learning. When these spiritually-based short statements focus on a meditative state, a change in consciousness is possible. The sutras could change attitudes, behaviors, and lives. The practice and method of using Sutras can be rigorous. Before reading a sutra, it is best to sit down and take some time to relax through meditation or through silently watching your breath. The meanings should be pondered and kept in awareness for an extended period, coming back repeatedly. The statement should be examined until the purpose is apparent or until a flash of insight is present.
The object is intense focus and attention on the subject. There is less intellectualizing and more integration, as in memorizing facts. These Sutras were chosen for clarity, brevity, and affect. They originate from many spiritual sources, including the sacred and the secular. They are more a compiling and channeling of the wisdom than any specific dogma or philosophy. I have discovered my ultimate gift. This! I can channel an incredible number of these without any effort on my part. As
