God has inspired Dr. Evelyn Thomas to write this book to reach a diversity of people, especially the millennials. Many single parents today do not have the guidance of the village that older parents once knew. The village comprised older men and women of the community that injected their wisdom into the younger generation to help prepare them for adulthood. Today, it appears that the village has fallen asleep. Bridging the gap between the children and the village today is one of the purposes of writing # I Am All In. Many children have turned to the media, peers or have been left to themselves to choose the right trajectory.

This book provides insight for building great marriages, enhancing dating skills, career development, job ethics, financial future, ministries, and relationship with God. This is a one-stop book.

Dr. Evelyn Thomas

Dr. Evelyn Thomas is a motivational speaker, business consultant, pastor, and teacher. She earned a Ph.D. in Human Behavior and a Doctorate of Divinity from Trinity Christian University, New Orleans, LA.  Dr. Thomas also earned a Masters of Theology Degree from Free Spirit Bible College and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA.  She has traveled near and far, participating in conferences and seminars. Dr. Thomas is the executive producer and director of The Moving Mountains Television Broadcast.  She has authored two other books, Thinking Beyond Your Means and By What Authority Do Women Preach.

GOD HAS INSPIRED ME TO write this book that will one day be a part of my legacy. The period that I am living in today is so different from when I grew up. Divorces are on the rise, and single people seem to have difficulty choosing a suitable mate; some struggle with Jobs, careers, finances, ministry, and a relationship with God. This book will offer guidance and some solutions to many issues that some people deal with today. Hopefully, there is also information that will help our young people who may have strayed away get back on track. # I Am All In is a one-stop book.

Many single parents exist; it is essential to ensure that God stays in the home and the family’s life. Parents must spend time communicating and praying with their children daily. Spouses are encouraged to keep God at the top of their list, praying and keeping an open communication line open.

I have often heard that it takes a village to raise a child. I believe this to be true with every fiber of my being. As I watch the news on the television and turn on my computer, I see so many young adults headed down terrain that they really should not be taking. I grew up when older men and women instilled wisdom into any child that needed it. The parents were grateful to have the extra guidance. Today, there are increasing more homes without fathers, and children and young adults are being impacted by it, and the village seems to have fallen asleep. More Christian women and men are needed to pray and reach out to the children and young adults in their communities that may be off track. We must do what we can to help save them from the destruction of the horrible street life. Encourage them in the word of God. Feed them with your Godly wisdom and knowledge like the old village once did.

There are far too many children who rely on advice and information from social media, the internet, television, or their peers. The problem is that the information that they have received does not reflect biblical principles and Christian values. Because of misguided information, some children have to grow up the best way that they know-how. Because peer pressure has escalated, many children and young adults are patterning after what others do. Many may be trying to fit in, making it easier to go in the wrong direction.

FOR INVESTORS TO ACCOMPLISH THEIR goals and dreams, it requires that they are all in. It also requires patience and endurance.

Serious investors understand that their potential to profit may fluctuate enormously; they further understand that investing involves some risk during the early onset of their investments. They are aware that to gain, they must be all in-it to win. They must refrain from hastily withdrawing funds due to the stock market’s instability.

Suppose monies are not removed and remain vested long enough. In that case, the possibility of the stock market increasing will be more significant, and the investor may also experience a rise in profit.

Refrain from investing money that you may need for prior obligations.

One must be all in to reap more significant benefits.
